His name is Raditya Owen Bakker, and most people call him Owen. His last name is Bakker, taken from his father's surname. Owen has the second of three children.
Michael Bakker, Owen's father, was born and came from the Netherlands and settled in Bandung because he followed his wife and decided to work in Bandung.
Owen's mother's name is Abigail Mononutu Bakker, and she was usually called Abi by her family and friends. Abi and her parents are from Manado. Abi's family moved from Manado and settled in Bandung because of their family business.
When they studied together in the Netherlands, Abi was Michael's university friend and met at the photography club. The same hobby brings them closer to each other.
After they graduated and lived their own lives, Abigail returned to Indonesia and worked in Bandung. Michael was reunited with Abigail in the Netherlands a few years later while travelling. In the end, they decided to have a relationship and got married.
Owen's family looked very simple and warm, had a father who seemed understanding but had burning ambition within him, as well as a tolerant mother but perfectionist. Michael's family was a family that worked in education and health for generations.
Owen's father works as a medical professional, as a doctor at the largest private hospital in Bandung. At the same time, Owen's mother, Abigail, was a family businessman in the property and developer sector. Abigail worked as an architect and worked in his family company.
The eldest child in the Bakker family named Dylan Oscar Bakker was Owen's older brother. Oscar has a stiff face and looks cold. However, Oscar has a cat lover who has cute and shy, in contrast to Owen's character, who looks friendly but very cold and likes to set boundaries on his surroundings.
The distance between them was not too far. Only eight years apart, but what was amazing was that people around him always thought that Owen was the eldest instead of Oscar being his younger brother.
Apart from the difference in character, their height has always been misunderstood by the people around them.
Owen has a body that is taller than his brother, Oscar. Owen was 180 cm tall, and Oscar was only 175 cm tall.
The youngest child in the Bakker family and only sister was Rachel Olive Bakker, and she was 155cm tall for an 11-year-old. Olive was more elevated than girls her age and looked feminine.
Nevertheless, the problem with Olive's character was that if she did not act and talk a lot, her beauty and femininity would be seen.
However, Olive almost always swears out of her Manadonese language when Olive starts speaking.
Since November, the wheater has been colder, but the snow will not come yet. Owen had a message last night that he could help PPI handle an event of this last month of the year. Alex mentioned Nadila would be in the same team as us.
Today was not like typical days. Since getting to know Nadila, Owen's heart began to grow flower buds that tickled his heart. The feeling of pleasure made him want to see the figure Nadila.
The meeting with the PPI team will take place after lunch on the fourth floor of the JMS Building, meeting room number 267. Owen, who accepts Alex's offer, was just a sudden feeling to get to know Nadila.
"This is funny, and you will always refuse to join the PPI team?" said Alex
"I am not joint it, and I am just a helper!" grumble Owen
After their morning class, they have no other activities other than the meeting held this afternoon. Alex, who loves sweets, invites Owen to go to Koko House. Matcha Pancake was Alex's favourite dessert.
Not far from their campus, Koko House was on Hillhead street. At the University of Glasgow, many restaurants, cafes, and shops were strategic locations for business in this area because many students live around the university.
They met Hilda, one of their high school friends who studied here. All Indonesian and non-Indonesian students know that Hilda likes Owen. However, only the ice prince Owen does not know about it.
Alex knows that a more mature woman named Nadila has conquered the cold man's heart. Alex only feels sorry for Hilda, who has liked Owen since high school.
"Owen", called Hilda, smiled at Owen.
"I am here too, Hilda. I am not even a ghost!"
Hilda made a displeased face aimed at Alex. In general, women like beautiful things and Hilda, who was crazy about Owen's handsome face. Alex understands these things.
"I do not like aggressive women." Snapped Alex
"I do not like you either! dummy Alex."
Alex and Hilda always fight whenever they see each other. Owen always feels sorry for Hilda, who was always bothered by Alex. For Owen, who sees their fight like Tom and Jerry.
Hilda was one of the girls that Owen and Alex seemed to hang out with. Not many girls hang out with either of them because almost all women approach Owen because there is a romantic feeling they want that makes Owen uncomfortable.
Nevertheless, Hilda, who has seen Owen since high school, knows about Owen's disinterest in love. At least for Hilda, it was best to approach Owen comfortably without knowing the intentions behind it all.
"Alex, isn't that too much?"
"Who cares!" snapped Alex.
Alex ignored her and immediately walked to the front of the cashier to order the dessert he was craving. Matcha pancake was Alex best dessert here.
"Hey, Hilda, just ignored him. You know Alex looks like, isn't it."
"Thanks, Owen"
The three of them sat together and enjoyed dessert. Nothing special, but for Hilda, meeting Owen was her happiness. Hilda is a secretary at PPI, and she also knows that Owen is participating in helping PPI in this year's end of the event.
Owen was not a fan of sweets. Alex bought him a matcha latte, and matcha is Alex's favourite. Owen ignored the order that his friend ordered for him. Owen knew Alex best.
"Hmm, Owen, do you like matcha? Because I know you do not like any sweets, isn't it?" asked Hilda, excited to open the conversation.
Owen smiled and raised the cup of the matcha latte in front of him and glanced at Alex, who was beside him enjoying eating his pancake.
"Well, it's not so bad." Said Owen.
They spent a thirty-minute conversation about their time at school or Owen's work at the bar before leaving to the JMS building for a meeting.
Hilda likes the figure of Owen, who looks gentle but firm, not like a guy who realised that he was handsome but was a playboy. Not many men were like Owen, and that's why so many women were attracted to him.
