I was running through the woods minding my own business. I found a lake and laid on the shore. I looked at my reflection, and what was staring back at me was my beautiful white fur and icy blue eyes. My wolf was amazing, my fur color was unique for werewolves. I was lost in thought, thinking that this place was peaceful until I heard a warning growl. I got up and looked around, my eyes fell on two male wolves staring at me. I quickly got up and got into my fighting stance. I felt power radiating off both the wolves.
The black wolf looked like an alpha. He was bigger, stronger, and had more power. The brown wolf was a little smaller, but he was still strong and had some power, maybe the beta. I was staring at them waiting for their next move. The alpha growled again trying to get me to surrender to him. I laughed inside at his efforts, because I never back down from a fight or show weakness. That is probably why I can't fit in a pack, because I don't take orders well and I don't submit.
I was taken out of my thoughts when I heard a twig snap from my left. I closed my eyes and focused on the sounds around me. That's when I pinpointed five other wolves surrounding me. That equalled seven wolves. I thought to myself, so many for just one little she wolf. I opened my eyes and I heard all the wolves slowly advancing towards me. I watched as they were trying to corner me up against a tree, to their surprise I climbed the tree. After I was up to the top of the tree on a stable branch I shifted back to my human form. (in this story the wolves shift with their clothes on). That's when the seven wolves surrounded the tree and the alpha tried to jump up but failed. I laughed at his efforts and eventually spoke up. "What, the big bad wolves can't climb a tree?"
The alpha shifted and yelled back, "Why don't you come down here and we can have some fun, rogue." I growled at the word rogue. I hate it when werewolves assume all the lone wolves are rogues. I identified myself as a lone wolf. "I'm a lone wolf. anyways I can beat you, any day, any time, if I wanted to." That got him mad because he growled at me. Alphas don't like to be called weak and that is what I did. He yelled up at me with authority in his voice, "Come down right now!" I laughed and said, "Did you just try to use your alpha voice on me? Well sorry that doesn't work on me. Now leave me alone!" The last sentence I made sure I used my alpha voice. I noticed all but the alpha bowed their heads and left. The alpha was still staring up at me in the tree.
"So you're an alpha?" "Maybe, maybe I'm just a rogue scouting your pack land so I can go back to my base camp to tell them when to attack." I said. I could tell that he was getting angry with me. "Who are you?" I could tell that his wolf was trying to take over. I couldn't help but feel a little proud that I was getting under his skin. "Why would I tell you? You tried to attack me when I was laying on the shore of the lake minding my own business." A very familiar scent hit my nose. The smell was of rogues and hunters. I looked down at the ground and the alpha shifted and ran off. I jumped down and before my feet hit the ground I shifted into my wolf.
I quickly ran towards the smell of rogues and hunters. Once I got near I saw the seven wolves that cornered me were fighting with rogues. I quickly made use of my training and took down the hunters and rogues. Once the rest of the pack wolves were done I was standing in my human form looking around.
Then I heard a gunshot and pain started in my right side. I became weak and fell to the ground and I started to see black spots. Right before everything went black I saw the alpha wolf running to me, then I passed out.
When I finally gained consciousness my right side hurt and I heard an annoying beeping sound coming from a heart monitor. That is how I knew I was in their pack hospital. I tried to move my arms, but they chained to the bed.
Now I was really annoyed, I helped those dumb wolves and they chained me to a bed because they think I'm a threat. I looked around to make sure no one was around and I jerked my wrist and broke the chains. Then I politely sat up and unhooked the IV drip and the heart monitor and stood up. I noticed that they changed my clothes to a pair of sweatpants and a white shirt. I decided that I can't stay in this room, so I proceeded to walk out of the room and sniff around to find the alpha.
His scent was leading me out of the hospital and outside towards a huge house. From my experience the house was the pack house. On my way through the pack house I came across a couple of people but they didn't say anything, which I was thankful for. I found my way to a door that said, 'Alpha's office'. I didn't bother knocking when I heard a couple of voices talking. I walked in and was greeted by two sets of growls.
"Have you ever heard of knocking? We are in the middle of a meeting discussing what to do with the rogue alpha laying in the hospital right now." One guy said. I closed the door behind me and walked over to the couch and laid down. Then I decided to speak up. "Maybe if you were nice enough I would give you information." I growled back. I never did like people disrespecting me especially after I left a pack. All three men looked at me and two of them bowed their heads.
The alpha gave me a death glare and then he spoke up. "How did you break those chains? Our strongest wolves can't even get out of them." "Well the better question is how long have I been out?" I asked. "Not going to answer any of my questions. You should be happy that we didn't leave you to die." The alpha snarled back. I just laughed, "You want to go." I growled out. "Alpha, she did take all but one hunter down plus most of the rogues." The guy that growled at me when I walked in said. "What's your point Liam?" The annoyed alpha asked. "Well maybe talk to her with respect then she will tell us what we need to know." Liam suggested.
At this point the Alpha was really annoyed. I rolled my eyes and got up and walked to the door. I placed my hand on the knob of the door and then the room started to spin and my side was throbbing. After that my vision went black.
