For several days, Casey avoided Eric. She should have woken up Eric, but was replaced by another maid. Casey was also trying not to cross paths with one of her young masters. It's the same as on campus. She often ran away when she saw that Eric was not far from her. Remembering the previous incident that made her heart keep pounding violently, it seemed Casey still couldn't face the man. To hell with helping Erica, she had to improve her heart condition first, then think of others. Especially for a human like Erica.
She really didn't understand why Eric's face was so close that he even touched her lips. Would they have kissed if Casey had stayed quiet and enjoyed Eric's treatment of her?
Casey's thoughts were too wild and distant. Imagining this always made Casey's face turn red. She couldn't even sleep after that because she kept thinking about that thrilling incident.
Casey took a deep breath. Her days are so hard, because she always hides like someone who is being billed by loan sharks. Casey even always makes excuses not to eat in the cafetaria, she prefers to eat quietly in the toilet cubicle.
After finishing her meal, Casey washed her hands in the sink. She came out of the toilet by glancing right to left, hoping not to meet her young master. She breathed a sigh of relief, then slowly walked away. However, Casey's fate today seems unlucky. Not long after she walked, it turned out that Eric had just come out of the laboratory room with his friends. Casey was spontaneously surprised and immediately turned around, intending to go another way even though she had to make a further detour.
Casey had bad luck again.
Bug!
"Ow..." she moaned, rubbing her forehead.
"Are you okay?"
Casey looked up to see who it was that she had collided with. Very tall. It seemed that Casey's forehead had collided directly with the broad chest in front of her. Oh, this man!
"Alan!" Casey exclaimed, making the man confused.
"You know me?"
"Of course! I-" Casey forgot! She couldn't linger here now. She glanced back to see if Eric was still behind her or not. It was still there! The man was getting closer. Casey patted Alan's chest lightly. I will go first! We'll see you later!" she said before running away as fast as lightning.
Alan raised an eyebrow, surprised by the words of a girl he didn't know. "... Se you later?" However, the man chose to ignore it and started walking again.
Even though Casey tried to run away so that Eric wouldn't see it, it didn't work. Eric had seen it first when Casey collided with the bespectacled man. His face looked disapproving and exasperated by Casey's cat-and-mouse game.

After she finished cleaning herself, Casey plopped down on the bed. Her black hair was still not too dry, because she had just shampooed. Her favorite peach scent was overpowering. She will continue her task in her room. She still doesn't dare go to the library for fear of meeting Eric. Before that, she would keep a diary in Gwen's diary as usual. Just as she opened the book, there was a knock on the door.
"Asylin?" Casey guessed as she approached the door. She didn't button the top two buttons, because she was more comfortable like that. Without any suspicion, Casey turned the doorknob.
"What's wrong, Asy-" Casey's eyes rounded, the figure in front of her now wasn't Asylin or another maid. It's the one she's been avoiding lately. She wanted to close the door without regard to manners, but Eric had already held it.
"You can't escape anymore, Gwen," Eric insisted. Casey was still trying to close, and instead Eric tried to hold him back.
"E-eric, please leave! I beg you!" Casey asked, scared.
Either way, Casey's strength is inferior to Eric's. The girl finally gave up and left the door wide open, then Eric would scold her about her always avoiding Eric. However, Casey was shocked when the man entered her room without permission and closed the door. Really, what does the young master want to do?!
"W-what are you going to do?!" Casey screamed, her arms crossed over her chest. She glanced at the two open buttons. The girl panicked and immediately buttoned it.
Seeing Casey's panicked behavior, Eric just looked on with a confused face. What does Casey actually think about him? Because he saw Casey, who he thought was funny, his mischievous nature came out. Eric smiled lopsidedly and walked closer to Casey.
"Gwen," he called. Casey didn't answer, the girl backed away and fell onto the bed. Casey didn't have time to get up because Eric immediately locked her with both strong arms that were on Casey's right and left.
"E-eric ... I'm sorry," Casey whispered, her teary eyes staring at Eric.
"What for?" asked Eric. Still want to play with the girl who is now under his confinement.
"Already avoiding you." Casey covered her face, she didn't want Eric to see the red blush on her face. Though Eric could tell clearly, even Casey's ears were red.
Eric grabbed Casey's hand to get away from the pretty face. "W-what do you want?!" Casey protested, still insisting on closing it.
"I want to see it. You should apologize properly, Gwen," Eric said with a mischievous smile.
"Let go of me first, I want to wake up!"
"For what? I like this position."
Blush!
Since when did Eric dare say such a thing?! Casey's heart couldn't hold it in.
Eric laughed crisply. He finally relented when Casey's face was getting ripe like boiled food. Eric decided to sit at the end of Casey's bed. Waiting for the girl to slowly open her arms and wake up. Eric smiled lopsidedly when Casey chose to sit very far away from him. The man came closer to shorten the distance between them.
"J-just sit there, please!"
Eric nodded, holding back his laughter.
His face changed, Eric smiled bitterly. "I'm sorry," Eric said, genuinely feeling guilty. "I know you ran away because of me."
"I-it's okay. Let's forget about it." Casey forced a smile. This made Eric snicker in annoyance, and ignoring Casey's ban, the man came closer to her and flicked Casey's forehead.
"If it's really forgotten, you shouldn't have avoided me."
Casey rubbed her forehead, a little annoyed that Eric liked to do things like that. She pursed her lips. "I… I don't know what to do with you, I also intended to come to you first and apologize."
Eric laughed softly. "You must be uncomfortable with me, huh?"
"N-not like that!" Unknowingly, Casey grabbed the hem of Eric's pajamas. The man looked at Casey gently. His hand reached out to caress Casey's head. Somehow, touching Casey is his favorite part right now.
"Go to sleep, you must be tired of running to and fro to avoid me," Eric quipped, which only made Casey feel even more guilty. Even though the guy was just being nosy.
"E-eric ...don't be like that ...."
"I'm kidding, hehe."
The man rose from his seat, he did not want to linger in a woman's room. He was also afraid if someone saw him, especially if that person was one of his three brothers. "The problem is solved, huh? Go back to the library. I won't bite you," Eric said with a sweet smile. Casey nodded slowly.
"Good. Because Noel once asked me. You know that person is very sensitive, I can be thrown into the abyss if it is considered to have done something bad to you," the man complained.
Casey chuckled softly. She could understand Noel's attitude, who really cares and is sensitive to all of them. "Okay."
