Valence feel the return of her bad mood.

What was all this mallus????

The child if we take away -12hp more from him when he isn't under the sun doesn't it mean that he will only have 3 hp to survive?

That's too fragile!

Even stumbling on his own could put the child to death's door.

And the credibility??? Why does the curse impact the credibility?

Grumping in frustration Valence huff and frown in frustration.

Will she have to see the child dies just a few minute after playing?

Blame the game to make him so realistic!

Founding this overall stats unpleasing she put them aside tapping the red cross with much force than needed.

When the tabs disappear the child's face can be seen again.

He is also frowning.

His fine eyebrows are all dusty and his pale skin glistens under his sweat. He is again trying to find what can be sold in the dead's belongings.

He moves tirelesssly, his two hands pressed against the corpse of a soldier, pushing him slowly out of the way.

The merciless sun seem to boil the air and she can only imagines how breathless one can be under it.

The corpse fall aside with the little dark elve's perseverance and let the woman see another dead warrior. With strange scales and multicolored iris.

Green, blue and red face the sky the pupil void of any life.

It appears that he is of an higher status than the others littering the battlefield.

His armor still keeps some glittering spots, shining with a bronze like luster. A cap linked to his shoulder by an amulet made of gold cover most of his body.

The little elve take a knife from under his soiled top and in a barbaric way cut the cap to get the amulet.

Then looking left and right discreetly the boy hide the shiny object.

His shoes are made of grey cloth and cling to his feets more like high socket than anything else. It's like a bandage who turn around the sole of his foot before climbing to his ankle in a tight coil.

And it's under the grey straps that he tucks the amulet.

For a second he verifies that his precious finding won't fall off taking a tentative few steps before coming back next to the body.

And search others valuable things on the dead.

Valence watch him with attentively.

It's the first time in this game that she chooses a child for a champion. Somehow it kind of give her the impression that she is now a mother.

If she is a mother then of course she shall not let her son suffer like this!

Rubbing her hands she thinks about the next steps that need to be taken.

First buying a few hp potion.

The son has so few HP left of course if any accident occur she need to be able to give a potion fast. it's better to have a potion reserve for urgency.

just like that 3 potion of Hp is taken and 30 devotion is payed.

Every hp potion are of Grade start so it can only resplenish 20 hp.

Pondering more about it she also buy two bottles of stamina. after all 5 devotion for one bottle is quite cheap. The stamina is also of grade Start so it also give 20 stamina when you drink one.

As for mana well...

Giving a second peek to his stats she shakes her head. He doesn't seem to have the talent needed to be a sorcerer.

In total she spends 40 devotions.

It's a pity that with the mallus the hp will stay at -15 regardless on how many potion is given to the child.

For a moment she ponders about the Will's skill trying to guess what it is the ability and why the information about it is hidden

On her pupils the screen reflect the child's outline.

Then a new prompt break her thoughts.

" You have completed the main quest: find your champion!Find your reward in your inventory!"

In a few movements the women open her inventory to discover the starting pack prefered as reward.

The reward was taking so long to arrive that for a few minutes she thought that the game creator deleted the first reward.

Letting a sigh of relief Valence opens the pack directly.

" You have acquired devotional statuette Level A: each prayer offer 13 devotion each offering 66 devotion. Please input your name, gender and physical features, God of the Forsaken."

A smile come and stay on her lips, they really didn't change this peculiar way to start the game.
