Jordan brought Lena's dog and a box of moon cakes as he entered his house. He is excited to see Lena's smiling and happy face when she sees the dog and the moon cake.
"Moon cake?" he called after entering the house. "Moon cake?"
It's already past six, so he can be sure she's home by now.
"Moon cake, I have something for you!" he shouted as he looked up at the stairs. "Come down, moon cake!"
He waited for a few minutes, but no one came down. He sighed and went to his room. He frowned when he saw that the woman was not there.
He quickly got off and went to the kitchen. No one was there. He put the box of moon cakes on the island counter and the dog on the floor, then called Lena.
