He was practically trembling when he got the call from his mate that she was coming over to meet him.
Though, she was only coming for a business-related issue. But he was still very much happy about it. She had asked to meet at a restaurant in Poland. She did not want to travel the way to meet him according to her, she had some important businesses to attend to.
He didn't care about the businesses He just wanted to see her. He missed her so much coupled with everything that happened, he just wanted to see her and tell her what happened
He wasn't expecting that she might forgive him, but he needed her to know the truth, that he never betrayed her.
Come to think of it, he had some questions for himself which would determine if he should let things be the way they are.
