Damon looked around the boardroom, but couldn't find who he thought he might see. But then he couldn't ask since he was feeling a bit proud. He didn't want the rogue Alpha looking at him like some desperate stag.
"Uhm, Your Majesty, I called for a meeting because I have two things to talk about."
"Okay?"
"Well, the first one is about having a common enemy. I believe that in becomimg business partners we don't just talk about business but other things that could be helpful to us as business partners."
"You are right." He had been waiting for this day to come before now. Just his luck.
"So... the first thing is all about the Alpha named Ferdinand."
Damon Froze. He could not have heard correctly.
"Wait, are you talking about Alpha Ferdinand?"
"I guess you two already had a long time feud with marriage alliance and all."
Damon raised a brow at him, wondering why he was suddenly bringing that up.
