I rested my chin on my hand as my elbow rested on the window base whilst I looked out longingly from my open window. The slight chilly breeze was refreshing after choosing to be locked up all day. I felt like a princess staring out at her kingdom.
Okay yes, maybe Kommos was not mine technically but living in the palace seemed to be rubbing off on me. I looked back in my room then let out another sigh when I saw all the boxes laid across the room from the multiple deliveries I had gotten today.
I feared I had a shopping problem. Just a few days ago Adonis came into my chambers, handed me a bank card that he was gifting me with my own allowance. I knew I already had one but he said this one was from himself as my brother, not the royal family. I was gobsmacked and when I saw the figure I was getting per month, I figured it would not hurt to order a few video games.
