Ezra
"Can't you stay?" I pressed a kiss to Ezekiel's cheek.
He smiled, the corners of his eyes crinkling as he turned so he was on his side then wrapped his arm around my waist to press a kiss to my lips. I moaned against his lips which made him chuckle, "I've kept you up for most of the night. Take the morning to sleep. I'll let your siblings know you're tired."
"It would be better if you stayed," I pouted.
"It would be painfully obvious if we both went missing," he chuckled then pressed a kiss to the tip of my nose. "I'll meet you for lunch."
I knew there was no point arguing it anymore when he tucked me in then climbed out of bed to pull on his boxers then his clothes. I watched him with a hopeless longing. Something was different about us. It was obvious and I was not sure it was because he had told me his secret or because I had admitted I was in love with him.
