Ezra
I laid down on my bed, surprised that it had been a mere hour since we had left. Not even before lunch and I had woken up five hours prior that I was already desperate to take off my clothes, crawl under the fluffy and comfortable duvet then fall asleep. The stress of seeing Lucy and Ezekiel in one room was too much for me to even handle.
Lucy was beautiful, in her own right but next to Ezekiel his beauty seemed to dwarf his. They were a nice couple, enough to compliment each other but also odd. They did not have the natural swing of Cloud and Adonis who seemed made for each other or Apollo and Maria who were simply star crossed lovers. Iris and Gino already knew each other like the back of their hands.
I wondered if Ezekiel and I looked the same. Did we look like two beings who were meant to be together or a weird match that would never really work to begin with?
