King Cloud
I was not sure when I had exactly woken up from my much needed nap after Adonis had left. From the bed I could see out the large window, the orange, pink and hints of purple sky indicated to me that it was sunset which meant I had probably been sleeping for an hour or two.
My throat was dry from the amount of times Adonis had me screaming and my body ached. Yet I let out a sigh of relief when I remembered my parents were watching over the twins. A few hours of no babies hitting each other, screams and changing diapers were much appreciated.
Adonis was probably still with Ezekiel which would take some time knowing how they went about the investigation. I swore the word 'investigation' had become my number one hated word because it was all our lives revolved around.
