Ezekiel
After our breakfast with Ezra, I hopped into my car and drove to the nearest flower shop to get Lucy a large bouquet of red roses. I then bought her a box of heart shaped chocolates and hoped it would remind her of what I used to do for her when we had recently started dating.
Adonis had a point when it came to his advice. Maybe I was being a bit grand by wanting to take her out to fancy restaurants when the foundation between us was already so messed up. I hoped maybe if I could work my way back to her I would get the results.
When I had gotten everything I headed to the hospital excited to see her reaction to everything. The staff already knew me well as I walked to the reception.
"Good morning Bella," I smiled at the receptionist with blonde hair put up in a bun.
"Ezekiel, I hope those are for me," she teased which made me laugh.
"I just wanted to ask which ward Lucy is in? She told me she had a night shift."
