Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: Have you been following me?

(Orville POV)

"What's taking so long?" I asked the man who looks like Danny Devito from inside my car.

I already decided to take Harold's advice and hook up with a dude. With my horny fantasy about the blonde cutie I saw in the café, it is confirmed. I may be bisexual. I watched some videos of two men doing it, hardcore and I got a little bit intimidated but at least, it gave me an idea of what to do. My first time with a male hooker might be rough and difficult since I am not going to do it with someone who has a vagina. Plus, I have to insert my thing in his hole which is completely new to me. Also, I will never ever be a bottom. I would rather die than to be screwed by a guy from behind so it's crucial that I get partnered with a twink.

"He'll be right out, sir!"

Speaking of, luck must be on my side right now because the cutie I have been fantasizing about, I saw in the bar and I chose him because he's mine and no one else can touch him but me.

I even remember Danny Devito saying "But sir, he doesn't work here. He's not a paid hooker." And I responded "Well, it's either you're going to do something about it or you'll lose me."

That's right. He's mine now.

I then saw him exit the bar with his head down and he was ushered all the way inside my car. He sat at the front seat before slamming the door close.

"Sir, this is Zane! He's a newbie here and I hope you'll like him." The Danny Devito clone said. I wrote a check and handed it to him so he can get out of my sight already.

"Enjoy, sir." He said before walking away. I closed the car window and turned my attention to Zane who was looking at me in…surprise and disbelief.

"You?" He said.

"Excuse me? What was that?" I asked.

"Uh…nothing." He said before putting his head down again.

"Have you eaten yet?" I asked him and he shook his head like a skittish mouse.

"Well then, let's eat, shall we?" I said before driving off to a nearby restaurant

--

"Is there anything you want?" I asked the blondie who is still looking down until now.

"No, thanks!"

I sighed and just rolled my eyes at him. I then raised my hand for the waiter to attend to us. He swiftly made his way to our table before greeting us enthusiastically.

"Good evening, gentlemen! Are you ready to order?"

"Yes, we are. I would have your Bourbon barbecued baby back ribs with sweet potato puree and tomato chickpea salad as well as a glass of Chianti. He would have a Chicken parmesan with corn on the cob and a strawberry milkshake."

"Would that be all, sir?"

"Yeah, we're all good."

"It will be 30-35 minutes, sir."

"Very well." I responded.

As soon as the waiter left, I tried initiating a conversation with Zane but he wouldn't even show that he's interested. He is giving me answers that are so short and straight to the point. It's like doing 73 questions with a boring celebrity.

"Nice place, isn't it?"

He just nodded.

After a while, the waiter finally served us our food and we started to dig in. Zane started slicing his chicken parmesan and as soon as he tasted a mouthful of it with some creamy marinara sauce, his eyes widened in satisfaction.

"Good?" I asked.

He nodded again while covering his mouth to try to excuse himself from chewing.

"I'm glad you liked it." I said as I took a sip from my wine.

Dinner is going well and we both seem to be enjoying our food but there's something I wanted to bring up to him and I wanted to see his reaction.

"You know? This is not the first time I saw you actually." I said. He then looked up from his meal and stared at me.

"Really?" He spoke out.

"Yeah."

"Well, when was the first time you saw me then?" He asked.

"I actually saw you in a coffee shop with your friends. You're with the curly haired guy and the ginger chick, right?"

He looked at me suspiciously before deciding to bombard me with questions. I knocked that one out of the park. He finally started talking.

"Why were you in the coffee shop that late?"

"Are you a stalker?"

"Have you been following me?"

He immediately grew wary of me, which I find totally cute and it brought out his quirkiness even more.

"Calm down. It was just a lovely coincidence." I winked which caused him to look away from me and I am pretty sure he is blushing now that he is hiding his face.

"Actually…I have a confession to make as well." He said.

I looked at him with my mouth agape, completely interested of what confession he was about to make. I put down the utensils to focus on him.

"The truth is I have also seen you before." He said softly.

"Oh…I think that explains your reaction when you saw me in the car earlier."

"Yeah."

"Where did you see me if I may ask?"

"I saw you in the movies with your kids. I was actually inches away from you when I saw you."

"Oh that!"

"You look like a good dad. Your wife is very lucky to have you." He smiled.

I frowned after hearing his statement. Obviously, people only notice the exterior and assume a lot of things, which result to misconceptions. What they do not and will never know is how deep the inner turmoil one is carrying.
