Olivia
My 18th birthday is coming up, I am looking forward to it, because as soon as I come of age, I will be able to rebel and reveal my love for Hero, and neither my parents nor anyone else, will be able to stop us from being together.
I woke up early the next day and decided to go early to the training center, I wanted to talk to Hero about the two of us, about our future. The village was already very busy even though it was very early, the delicious smell of freshly baked bread invaded my nostrils, making my stomach rumble, even though I had already had coffee.
The center was practically empty, only a few students were already there. I looked for Hero in the shooting arena, but he wasn't there. I found this strange, as he always arrives early and takes care of organizing the material for his class. However, he must be in the cafeteria, or walking around.
I made my way back and stopped near the live fences when I heard the sound of laughter and whispered voices. Curious, I quietly approached and peered through the leaves. Shock overcame me, I felt my heart break into a thousand pieces and the ground disappear beneath my feet. Hero was kissing Victoria, that damned thing. Damn her! I turned and ran blinded by tears towards the castle, in the distance, I heard Hero's voice calling me, but I didn't stop. Suddenly, I felt his hand on my arm, holding me.
- Let me go, you bastard! - I shouted.
- Olivia, calm down. - she said, without letting go.
- Let go of my arm now. - I ordered.
He let go and looked into my eyes.
- What did you see?
- Don't give me that, Hero, you were making out with Victoria. I never want to see you again.
- Olivia...
- Never again! What we had is over, Hero, it's over.
I just wanted to cry until it stopped hurting, but I knew that wasn't going to happen.
I reached the castle and bumped into Oliver at the entrance.
- Olivia? What is it? What's wrong? - he asked, holding me by the shoulders.
- Oliver. - I collapsed into her arms, sobbing.
- Sister! What happened? - he asked, dismayed.
I couldn't answer, I just wanted to cry and cry and that was all.
- It was him, wasn't it? - asked, possessed with rage. - It was Hero. I'm going to get that bastard.
- No! Please don't do anything. - I begged.
- Why? He has to learn, it won't stay like this, he won't do this to you, I won't let him.
- He already did, Oliver. He cheated on me, but I'm done with him. Please don't.
Oliver sighed deeply and squeezed me tighter in his arms.
