At Crystabel's home…
After the girls were prepared for the day, they sat on the bed in Crystabel's room. Crystabel was reading a large novel and Anita was coating her toenails in purple nail polish and adding little sparkly stars to each one. They had been friends since childhood and their friendship continued through their secondary school days and into the university where they continued to share a house.
