After everyone had stood for a while without talking, Rose decided to break the silence.
"Huh?" She said as she licked her ice cream again with her big eyeballs shining and looking up at them.
"Where were you?" Asked Annabel.
"I met an old friend so I took a walk." Rose replied.
"You know you scared us right?" Mara added.
"I'm sorry if I did. I'm actually sorry. My intention was to take a little walk and then come back to my seated position. I never knew I would take this long. I'm sorry… It's been a long time since I met with her and as I saw her today, I decided to take a walk. I'm…" she paused and looked at everyone's angry faces and continued. "I'm sorry." She pleaded.
Annabel and Mara wiped their tears as the both girls walked towards Rose and gave her a warm hug at the same time.
