The group climbed out of the cage where Lord Clayton was called by one of his maid who was passing by.
They were looking at Hex as he looked at himself, pouting. "I'm not used to having this kind of body. It's kind of odd."
"Why?" Glenn asked. "Do you feel any pain? I can always heal you."
"No, no, Iā"
"There they are!" Lord Clayton ran towards them with wide open arms. "Thank you for saving my garden. But might I ask what kept you in there? And who are these new people?"
"I am Veronica, from the church," Veronica introduced herself and gestured at her sister and Hex. "They are also from the church."
The smile on Lord Clayton's face vanished for a second before he replaced it with a fake one. "The Church? You mean the Church of Light? W-Why did they have to be involved? Was something wrong?"
