"What a cute reunion between the players and their coach," Baron cheered. "This is a momentous occasion!"
The two froze after Baron grinned and slung his arms over shoulders. He was in between the two while he listened in to their conversation.
"Rudolph, Diana," Baron greeted. "Why don't you come in for some tea?"
Rudolph gulped before he nodded slightly. This made Baron laugh and led the two inside the palace. "I have already prepared a special banquet for you later. For now, since it's only three in the afternoon, we have to drink some tea."
The inside of the palace was unlike the outside. Where the city where this palace was built was void of life and happiness, the palace was filled with lights and endless joy.
People dressed in luxurious dresses and suits flooded the hallways, talking at each other while sipping their wine. These were the nobilities and other powerful people in Kassos.
