A notification suddenly popped up on her screen, ending her reverie,it was an email from the publishing house.
"Uhh..Danny? Did you guys already send over the contract? We will not be meeting to read through the terms?",She asked, suddenly weary about receiving a contract in this manner.
"A contract? That is not possible,I only called to inform you,I am still working on drafting the contract",he told her.
Ava frowned and opened the mail, reading the content aloud.
"It is from someone called Rose,I don't believe I know a Rose from the company. She says,dear Ava,how would you like to have a different editor…."
Ava trailed off when she realized what the mail was about.
Danny chuckled,"It is okay,you can continue",He assured her.
Ava sighed and continued reading.
