Ava stepped in to the house and shut the door behind her, going silent immediately.
Ron rushed to her,took Missie out of her hands and placed her gently in her carrier before she turned around to Ava again.
Ava had still not said anything,rather she stood by the door,her hand still holding the knob.
Ron stepped even closer and whispered softly.
"Oh, darling",She called as she stared at Ava's blank face,she had no idea that her friend had like him this much.
She put her hand over Ava's and carefully peeled her fingers off the knob, taking her hand in hers so that she now bore Ava's weight.
Ava fell forward on her and Ron clasped he arms around her, holding her tightly in a bear hug.
