Ava had gradually slowed down as she tried to fill the form , it was so difficult to fill .
She had to read some of the questions up to five times before she had any idea what she was supposed to write .
After struggling with the paper for ten minutes , she decided that this was an hospital and not an educational institute , filling forms and answering questions were not the order of the day .
Like what would happen if they had illiterate patients or immigrants who were here on vacation or tour .
She got up from where she was seated and took the form back to the nurse behind the reception glass that had originally given her the form to fill .
The nurse saw her coming and hurriedly avoided contact with her and she had not bee in the least bit subtle about it .
Ava reached where she was and slammed the papers on the table , drawing attention to herself and the nurse .
