Under Baharuth's Ministry of Magic was a secret underground facility where all sorts of experiments were being conducted, most of these consisted in testing the interactions between monsters. One notable experiment was keeping skeletons near to human corpses to see if this would create a zombie.
Skeletons and other undead creatures emit an invisible aura especially after their death, we call it remnant. So theorically the remnant would accumulate inside a corpse till it takes control of it, giving life to a dead person making it an ambulant carrion of rotting flesh and bones thus a zombie.
However this experiment still hasn't shown any result whatsoever and spoiler alert: it will never work, because remnant is devoid of magical energy, an essential ressource to this sort of incantation. After all, summoning zombies was a basic necromance spell.
Now, more than a hundred disciple of Fluder and different mages, as well as all four imperial knights as well as Jircniv himself are about to witness an act of legend; Hiro was going to tame the legendary undead knight.
The Death Knight. A huge 2 meter tall withered skeleton with unbreakable dark armor. He's a Level-35 mid-tier summon, created by the all-powerful Ainz Ooal Gown himself, he was terrorizing (slaughtering) Baharuth knights at the frontier but was later restrained then captured by the Silver Thread Bird; a group of adamantite adventurers in Baharuth.
The sealed monster only wished to be released so it can slaughter everyone on sight, the bloodlust was so remarkable it was cold around the monster— after countless taming attempts, Fluder succeeded in none. But maybe Hiro was going to show them that even the impossible was feasible.
"This is wrong from all perspectives..." Jircniv commented. Normally, he was going to have a formal audience with Hiro later after Fluder's visit, but after getting an emergency message from the elder mage he hurriedly came over to the magic ministry's basement for an incredible act of power.
"Wh–What do you mean, your majesty?" Nimble asked.
"This is absurd! Taming a creature of this high-level is impossible! And if he succeeds, what if he decides to attack us with it?!" Jircniv shouts, enraged by Fluder's lack of caution.
"Have no fear, your majesty. If something unplanned is to happen then the knights will do the work. We have confirmation that the Death Knight is not an invincible creature." Fluder replied, barely making eye contact with Jircniv, whom scoffed a hmph before shofting his gaze.
'Let's see how this turns out... It could either be the start of a legend... or the start of world's end...' Fluder thought.
Finally, Hiro moved forward and placed his hand on top of the Death Knight's skeletal head. Focusing on his next move, a surge of memories burst inside Hiro's mind.
He felt an enigmatic sensation as he tried processing the knowledge he was being sprayed with at once.
'A–Akira...!! M—My master didn't tell me about this beforehand..!!' He shouted in his mind as he realized the dark secrets that were unfolding in his mind like a lunatic nightmare.
This created a shock that propelled him behind, resulting in a backpack and a Death Knight who growled and wiggled its head in all directions.
Suddenly, the Dead Knight let out a scream of pain, his body withering away and decaying, getting erased as it lost its original ownership and was now being deleted from the world where it served no purpose.
"Woooaaahh!" This was the reaction of everyone who understood what was going on.
"What?! But that's impossible!" Jircniv shouted. Fluder laughed as he admired his proclaimed magic teacher do the trick everyone wanted to see.
What they were witnessing right now is called Banishment; when the slave gets successfully tamed but its will power is strong enough to reject its new master, staying eternally loyal to its former lord, makes it go through banishment. Basically it decays as ut serves no more purpose in this world as a slave.
So Hiro indeed tamed the beast, somewhat.
"Hehehe! What did I say your majesty! I knew it from the beginning! My instincts are always right!" Fluder spoke as he laughed– a wide grin appeared on his face, scaring Gluder and everyone nearby.
"Hm. That was undoubtedly the effect we call banishment. " Jircniv commented.
"Your majesty, how do you know for sure?" Leinas asked.
"It's because I have already witnessed this phenomenon a hundred times back when I was building my staff of slaves. The most resilient ones brutally evaporated as they tried to resist absolute dominant magic, just like what we've seen right now." He explained.
"However, when the slave is banished, its former owner is notified of what happened..." He added.
Everyone turned around to face the lord ss he spoke a dangerous sentence, "Th—This means that..." Baziwood suddenly realized the truth.
"It means that whomever was controlling this Death Knight, will know that we found a way to counter them... Worse, enslave them. I think we should prepare ourselves for a possible wave of outsider spies or even an attack." Jircniv says. Then, he gives order to his personal to leave the area.
"We are leaving. Also, Hiro, is it." He says, before leaving.
"I am expecting you in my throne room later for a formal audience with you, regarding what happened right here and your emergence as a gold-rank adventurer during your first day." He said. Then, the cold-blooded lord, accompanied by his trusted subordinates left the ministry.

"Lord Ainz, one of our subordinates has been eliminated. The method was banishment." This urgent telepathic call addressed an unexpected critical situation that happened a few moments ago.
"Albedo. I felt it too, one of my Death Knight's was eliminated. It seems like someone has tried taking control over it but failed." Ainz replied, sitting on his office at Nazzarick while discussing the situation.
"Awaiting your orders my Lord." Albedo said.
"Umu. I'll call you back when I'm finished thinking." He said. "Yes!" Was the final response from Albedo.
Now alone, Ainz focused on what unfolded before him. This was surely connected to what happened in the forest a day ago.
With his skeletal hands on his jaw, he thought like a genius mad man.
"It seems like the situation is evolving... Not in a way I was anticipating, but in the worst case scenario type of way..." He said.
Then, looking at his left, "It also seems like no matter what path we take, I'll have to use you." He said. His eyes flaring red as he held a particular item.
