Chapter 65 - Death Barge

Within the large aircraft that appeared above the Ḥāmin tower, there were well over a score of passengers.

The ship's engines had rotated from their hover mode, and they were now propelling the ship forward at an impressive speed for a vessel of its size.

Within the entrance of the ship was a wide storage hold, and this hold was filled with scattered boxes and crates as well as the occasional Ḥāmin guard.

The ship's floors and walls were all metallic and gray. Draco couldn't even remember the last time he had seen walls or floors that weren't a blinding white.

'It's a nice change of scenery, honestly.' Draco thought, not minding the depressing appearance of the ship one bit.

Overlooking the storage hold was a large balcony. There were additional Ḥāmin guards standing watch on this balcony, and Draco figured that if the prisoners acted up they would be ready to act.

Below the balcony was a staircase that lead upwards, and Draco followed the group of prisoners as the Ḥāmin led them up these stairs.

The staircase was surprisingly long, and every now and then they would pass what was presumably different floors. Each of these floors was blocked off by a tough looking metal door.

Draco's group had climbed up five of the floors before stopping, all of them standing before a steel door that was larger than the rest.

The leading Ḥāmin entered a passcode and the large door scraped open with a loud grinding noise.

As the group followed the Ḥāmin inside, they were greeted with the sight of a long room.

This room was filled with rows upon rows of beds. They were all metallic bunk beds, and they looked quite uncomfortable with only a thin mattress atop each of them.

As the group filled into the room, it became evident that this is where they were going to be staying for the immediate future.

There were a few men in black clothing already sitting on some of the beds, and they watched the new arrivals with undisguised interest.

Everyone looked towards the white-robed Ḥāmin in the middle of the room, but he of course said nothing. Eventually everyone spread out and began to claim their beds, each eager to be the first to get the bottom bunk.

Each of the beds held a set of black clothing, and Draco couldn't help but wonder if these would be their new uniforms.

Draco found Demetri and they both grabbed a bunk bed that they had found towards the end of the room.

Draco let Demetri claim the bottom bunk, for he actually felt safer on the top bunk. He had to worry about rolling off in his sleep, but he figured it was still worth it.

When he looked over to his side, he saw that Snow had followed him and Demetri and had taken a bed on the top bunk next to his.

Shaking his head, Draco looked towards the Ḥāmin who was still in the center of the room.

The Ḥāmin was motioning towards the clothes on the beds, and then making motions towards his own clothes.

Getting the message, everyone began to promptly strip down and change into their clothes.

Draco was about to strip down as well when he remembered his new 'condition', and he suddenly felt very self-conscious about the thick hair covering his entire body.

Draco noticed that Snow was also hesitant to change, but he figured that this was because they were the lone female in a room full of men.

He called out to her, "Snow, I didn't know you were so modest." he said with a small laugh.

Snow huffed and puffed when she heard this, turning her head away from Draco, "What do you know?" she asked, her ears turning a shade of red.

Draco couldn't help it and laughed even harder, "You know, when I met you I seem to recall you had on even less clothes than now."

Snow turned to Draco angrily and he was able to see her pretty features had all become flushed.

"If it's so easy.. Why don't you go first then?" she asked, an imperceptible glint in her eyes.

Draco smiled when he heard that, for he was not the type to let a woman provoke him.

He rolled his eyes in an exaggerated manner before beginning to remove his clothes.

His form had become simply astronomical after its recent transformations, and the thick hair that covered his entire frame made him look almost like a caveman.

As he took off his pants his impressive length hung down his legs and swung in the light of the room.

Draco saw the woman quickly cover her lips with widened eyes.

Draco expected the woman to burst out laughing at the sight of him, but he was surprised to see them blushing even harder.

Their face looked like it would melt off if it got any redder.

'He's such a… man! Oh my god his chest hair is so fine!' Snow thought to herself, letting her imagination run wild.

Seeing the woman's expression, Draco laughed, "See, it's not so hard." he said.

He reached for his own clothes and began to change into them, and as he was slipping into his pants he motioned towards Snow.

"It's your turn, you know." Draco said, a sly smile on his lips.

Looking at Draco's immaculate form, Snow almost wanted to cry.

'Why is he playing with me like this! I know he's already seen me naked, but it's not like it was my choice!' she thought, her heart racing.

Eventually, she steeled her resolve.

Snatching up the clothes on her bed, she turned away from Draco and began to loosen the drawstring of her white sweatpants.

As she let them fall to the ground, Draco was blessed with the sight of her round cheeks.

Draco couldn't help himself and let out a whistle as he saw them, for they were an impressive shape for someone of Snow's size.

The woman's shoulders tensed up when she heard this, and she could feel the other men in the room turn their attention to her.

Biting the bullet, she quickly removed her top as well. Draco saw her covering her chest with one arm as she fumbled to put on her new clothes.

Draco watched it all with amusement, for he would never get tired of tormenting a beautiful woman.

Demetri was also watching the interaction with a smirk on his lips, evidently impressed by what he saw.

"Draco, my friend. You must tell me when you met such a beauty." he laughed, leaning in closer, "She seems to like you." he said.

Draco laughed as well, "It's kind of a long story, but I met her in one of my previous arenas." he said, not elaborating any further.

Demetri nodded his head sagely, "You should claim her while you can, if not I might have to step in myself." he said jokingly.

Draco shook his head with a wry smile as he slipped on his shirt. The shirt was long sleeved and sleek, and it fit him tightly like a turtleneck.

The pants were rather tight as well he thought with embarrassment, for Draco could see his bulge was not hidden at all.

'Oh well, nothing to be ashamed of.' he thought, turning to see that Snow had also finished changing.

The tight-fitting black clothes accentuated her curves in a way that made Draco want to have his way with her, and he had to quickly fight off his unprofessional thoughts.

It looked like Demetri had also finished changing, and the two of them took a seat on the bottom bunk to await anything new.

A few minutes later, Draco heard a man clear his throat in the center of the room.

He looked over to see three men standing where the Ḥāmin had previously stood. One of these men had stepped in the front and began to speak.

"It's nice to see some fresh blood in here. My name is Ron, I'm your new operations captain. Welcome to the Death Barge." he said.

Ron looked around the room to be sure he had everyone's attention before continuing, "You might be wondering why we call this place the Death Barge, so I'll make it simple."

He began to pace around the room, "When I first came here there were a dozen other members in the battalion, but before your arrival we were down to only three."

He continued, "I won't sugar coat things, this is all to say that most of you are going to die horribly."

Draco could hear a few dark chuckles from the crowd.

"That being said, I'll do my best to keep as many of you alive as I can. Welcome to the team. Lunch is at 1200, we have our first operation at 0200."

No one said anything, and seeing that there were no questions Ron returned to sit on his bed.

Draco could see that Ron was now reading some book, and he looked at a clock at the wall to see that it was still an hour before noon.

Seeing he still had an hour until lunch, Draco laid down on his bed to get some much needed shut-eye.
