Chapter 26 - Bouncers

The two bouncers were pushing their way through the crowded dance floor, and they seemed locked onto Draco's position.

Draco knew that they would quickly reach him, and that there was little chance of him blending into the crowd. After all, he was dressed like Casper the ghost, so he doubted he could simply hide now that the guards had seen him.

With this in mind, he patiently stood in the middle of the dance floor and waited for the bouncer's arrival.

Not even a minute later, the bouncers were upon him. They were two large men in black, and could have both easily been 6'5" (196 cm).

"Hey monk boy, the f*ck you doing in here?" one of the bouncers asked him.

"Just spreading peace and love." Draco replied, a serene expression on his face.

"Yeah nice try, mate. We've seen you milling about in here all suspicious like, how about you sit still while we search you. If you cooperate, we might not break your legs when we throw you out." the other bouncer said.

Hearing the bouncer's threats, Draco only smiled lightly and opened his arms, "I'm an open book, come on then."

After he said that, one of the bouncers approached Draco, seemingly intent on searching his robes.

However, just when he was within a few inches of Draco's robes, Draco suddenly moved at a speed impossible to follow with the untrained eye.

One second the guard was reaching towards Draco, and in the next second his arm was bent to the side at an unnatural angle.

If Amira were to see this scene it would be eerily familiar, for Draco had just snapped the bouncer's arm in the same way that Samir had snapped his own just a week ago!

The bouncer began to let out a pitiful scream, but before his voice could even begin to travel Draco had punched out at his throat, instantly crushing his windpipe.

The man fell to the ground like a puppet without strings, and Draco continued to pay him no mind as he writhed on the floor in agony.

While this was happening, the only thing the other bouncer saw was two flashes of light and his friend abruptly crash to the ground.

The second bouncer felt a shiver run down his spine when he saw the sorry state of his friend, but he steeled his nerves and stepped forward.

"I don't know who you are, but you're not gonna get away with that sh*te in here. You messed up bigman." the bouncer said, cautiously approaching Draco.

Unfortunately for the guard though, Draco did not seem intent on waiting for him to approach.

Draco simply stepped forward and dealt the man a lightning-fast kick towards his kneecap, instantly shattering it.

Without preamble, the man anticlimactically fell to the ground, clutching his broken knee as he rolled around in pain.

Seeing Draco slowly approaching him, the bouncer felt every hair on his body stand up. He felt like his death was steadily closing in on him, and so he fearfully looked towards the crowd and began to shout for help.

"Help! Anyone, help! This man's f*cking crazy!" the bouncer screamed, looking towards people in the crowd who were now watching their fight with interest.

However, to the bouncer's dismay, whenever he would look into someone's eyes they would simply turn away!

Everyone around the bouncer in the crowd saw his pleading eyes and decided to pretend like he wasn't there. Seeing this, the bouncer felt utter terror grip his heart.

He didn't know why no one was helping him, or even going to get help, but when he looked at the devilish smile on Draco's face he knew that it was too late for him.

With a flash of white light Draco crushed the man's jaw with his foot, and then casually kicked the now unconscious bouncer's body next to his friend.

Even until the last moment, the bouncer had no clue why no one was willing to help him, but if he knew the reason he would probably spit blood and die on the spot.

The reason no one was helping him was simple.

This was because everyone that had looked the other way was actually one of Draco's recent customers!

There was no one way any of these people were going to help kick out the drug dealer who had just made their night ten times better.

Draco knew this, which was why he decided to act so boldly in the middle of the club.

"Thank you for all of your assistance. Here, a little gift for all of you." Draco said as he threw a few pills into the crowd.

A man caught a pill, "Anytime, monk man!" he said

"Don't mention it." said another man in the crowd.

After Draco dispatched the bouncers and rewarded his little helpers, he looked off towards the bar area.

'I think I should call it a night. I've done some good work in the past hour, and I really need a drink.' he thought to himself as he began to walk towards the bar.

Soon, Draco was in the bar area, and he spotted two familiar faces.

Seeing Rebecca and Emma sitting alone at a table with empty drinks, a small smile found its way onto his face.

"Hey girls, nice to see you again. You need a drink?" Draco asked, walking up to their table.

Rebecca saw Draco and a brilliant smile appeared on her lips, "Always. I also meant to thank you again, that little gift of yours has definitely made our night interesting."

Draco laughed, "It was my pleasure, beautiful women deserve to have fun after all. Speaking of, what happened to Danielle?"

Hearing Draco's question, Emma smirked, "Danielle decided to take someone home already."

Draco was surprised, "Damn, it's only been an hour. She works fast, doesn't she?"

Both girls laughed, "She really does."

"Well, I'm going to go get us some drinks. What do you girls want?" Draco asked.

"Frozen Daiquiri." Rebecca said.

"A French Martini for me." said Emma.

Draco smiled, "Sounds good, I'll be right back."

Draco then went up to the bar and ordered the girl's drinks, and then ordered an Old Fashioned for himself.

He paid the bartender 20 pounds for the drinks, and then walked back to the table.

"Your prince charming has arrived." he said, handing the girls their drinks.

Rebecca and Emma chuckled, "Much appreciated."

As Draco began to drink his own drink, he noticed something peculiar. He felt like the drink was hitting way harder than it should have been, and that he was feeling tipsy after only a few sips.

'Is this what Sada was talking about? If so, this really is dangerous. If all drugs and substances have this effect on powered, doesn't this make it our greatest weakness?' Draco thought to himself, more than a little alarmed.

However, Draco had two beautiful girls in front of him, and he wasn't afraid of getting a little drunk with some cute company.

Putting his weakened tolerance aside, Draco continued to drink with the girls for a while.

They chatted and laughed, and by the time they were all three drinks in, their jokes had progressed past the point of no return.

"I can't believe Danielle really left us to go run off with some big muscular lad." Emma said.

"Absolutely unbelievable." Draco said jokingly.

"She's missing out on the fun." Emma said, laughing.

Rebecca suddenly had a strange thought, and she looked at Draco closely for a moment, "Draco, I bet you're quite muscular under all of those robes." she said, reaching out to feel his arms under his loose robes.

"Who knows? Maybe you'll find out." Draco replied with a wink.

Emma pouted, "What about me? I wanna see too."

Draco laughed, "Ladies, there's enough of me for the both of you."

Rebecca smirked, "I don't know, I don't think you could handle the both of us."

Draco chuckled, "Wanna find out?"

Rebecca and Emma both had seductive smiles on their lips, "What if I do?" Rebecca replied.

Draco smiled back at the two of them, "Then you'd discover I have a pretty big bed."

Emma curiously raised an eyebrow, "Oh?"

However, just as Draco finished saying that, he saw that several bouncers had finally found the two collapsed guards in the middle of the dance floor.

Draco could see that the bouncer with the broken arm was now pointing at him and saying something incoherent.

Considering that his windpipe was broken, Draco figured it was probably just garbled noises.

However, the bouncers seemed to understand what he was saying and soon the group of bouncers began to march towards Draco, who was now casually seated at a table with the two girls.

"Well would you look at that, I guess that's our queue to leave." Draco said, gesturing towards the bouncers.

Rebecca saw the bouncers and looked concerned, "Draco, what in the hell did you do?"

Draco just laughed as he stumbled out of his chair, "What I usually do."

He then reached out and grabbed both girl's hands, "Come. Let's get out of here, the night is still young."

Gently pulling the girls out of their chairs, Draco began to drunkenly lead them towards the door.
