Amira nodded her head, "The powered are people blessed or endowed with the power of a Progenitor."
Knowing Draco would not know what she was talking about, she continued, "A Progenitor is an ancient being, most people are not even sure if they are human. All we know is that they receive their powers from their bloodline, and that each Progenitor can be traced back to a former, more powerful one."
Draco took all of this in with bated breath, after all, what he was hearing was shattering his entire world-view.
"Wait, so aren't those people basically Gods?" Draco asked in shock.
Amira smirked, "Well, yes and no. The real answer is it depends, as Progenitors range in power depending on their bloodline. Old Zeus was actually a Progenitor, albeit a weak one by Progenitor standards."
"So that man was actually Zeus?" Draco asked, his shock increasing the more Amira went on.
Amira laughed and shook her head, "Heavens, no. Zeus perished millennia ago, the 'Old Zeus' that exists today is likely Zeus' great grandson or something similar."
Draco wiped the sweat from his brow, wondering how powerful Zeus had to have been if one of his descendants were that powerful.
"Now where do you and these, 'powereds' come in?" Draco finally asked after some seconds.
Amira looked at him and asked, "Remember how I told you that Progenitor's range in power?"
Draco nodded his head.
"Well that difference is actually quite vast. The most powerful of Progenitors can directly give birth to other Progenitors, while others can only reproduce through normal means."
Amira paused for a moment before she continued, "Progenitors who reproduce normally create people like me and my brother, the powered."
"Wait, what about the Ḥāmin?" Draco asked.
Amira continued, "The Ḥāmin are also powered, but they are created differently from those of pure blood."
She looked at one of the white robed guards standing in the middle of the helicopter, "The Ḥāmin are lesser powered made from consuming the blood of a Progenitor."
Draco looked at the robed guards with a strange glint in his eyes. "So, they're basically vampires."
Amira shook her head and laughed "Not at all, they don't directly drink a progenitor's blood. If they did that their body would quickly melt into a puddle."
Something flashed through her eyes, and Draco thought that it might be fear, "Lesser powered are made through consuming specially concocted drugs. Although they don't directly melt you… the chance of survival through this method is less than 20% in most cases." Amira finished after a while.
Draco and Amira sat in silence for a while, but inside Draco's head many cogs were turning.
'Wait? Isn't this incredible? There's really drugs out there that can give people superpowers!' Draco thought in amazement.
'I wonder how I can get ahold of some of that stuff, it's surely expensive, but with my recent gains I might be able to afford some.'
Seeing the look on his face, Amira said, "Don't even think about it."
Draco's expression immediately turned sour, "Since you know what I'm thinking, why say no?"
Amira looked at him for a long moment before saying, an annoyed expression on her face, "Do you think that Progenitor blood is candy to picked up off the streets?"
She shook her head, "Even the weakest pro-serum is not something you could afford, even if all nine generations of your family had worked towards it."
"Well you don't have to be such an a*shole about it." Draco replied, slightly peeved, but inwardly he thought that it made sense.
After all, this was the kind of power that could create entire nations. It was almost the equivalent to a nuclear missile in that it could deter its enemies just by existing.
Hearing him, Amira's expression softened, and she replied, "I'm sorry, it's just that this is exactly what I feared would happen when I told you about it."
She continued, "And besides, let's just say hypothetically, that you had managed to accumulate enough wealth to buy one. In that scenario, no one would even be willing to even sell it to you." she said, her eyes looking at him with what Draco could tell was concern.
Draco nodded his head, understanding that governments and sovereign powers across the world would be unwilling to part with such important items.
"Don't worry. I won't get ahead of myself." Draco replied.
However, inwardly he was thinking, 'Like Hell! How is she going to tell me about all of this and then just expect me to forget about it?'
Amira raised an eyebrow while looking at him, she didn't seem convinced.
Unfortunately, she couldn't say anything else as Muhammed's voice could be heard across the helicopter, "Get ready! We're here!"
Suddenly, the helicopter seemed to once again tilt, and luckily Draco was strapped in this time or he would have once again been sent flying towards the ceiling.
After the helicopter touched down, Draco saw the helicopter doors slowly open, and he noticed that they were actually on an airport's tarmac!
Unstrapping himself from his seat, he stood up and walked to the exit, where he noticed a few things.
First, he noticed that just a few dozen meters away from them was what looked like a golden and white private jet.
The plane itself couldn't have been more than 120 feet (36 meters) long, but it looked like it could easily fit everyone there.
Alongside each wing were a number of weapons, most notably what Draco realized was a gatling gun and a missile launcher.
The plane had three engines, there was two on each wing and one in the back.
As Draco approached the plane, he saw that kneeling next to the plane's staircase were two more white robed guards.
To Draco's left he heard a smug voice, "That's my Bombardier Global 7500, you wouldn't believe what I had to do to buy one." Muhammed said proudly, walking down the helicopter's ramp.
"How much was that thing?" Draco asked curiously, walking next to him.
Muhammed chuckled, "At least sixty million, and that was before all of the custom options I had added."
Draco looked at the plane in shock, 'That much?' he thought to himself as they continued down to the plane's staircase.
Draco heard Muhammed again say, "Of course, I wanted one of the planes that my eldest brother has, but I fear that would have bankrupted me."
This made Draco wonder what kind of figure Muhammed's 'eldest brother' was if he could buy a plane that would bankrupt even Muhammed.
Soon they had all reached the staircase, and Draco saw Muhammed and the now six white robed guards get into the plane. However, when Draco moved to follow them, he felt Amira's delicate hand strongly grab onto his own, stopping him in his tracks.
Draco heard Amira's soft voice to his right, "Draco, I think you should stay here. I can arrange for you to be taken somewhere safe." she said.
Amira was already regretting telling Draco so much information. She didn't know why she felt the urge to spill a hundred millennia of secrets so suddenly to such a stranger, but now she wished she hadn't.
'Hopefully he'll be smart enough to keep his mouth shut.' she thought to herself, wondering why she was even concerned with this man to begin with.
Draco looked at her in shock, before saying, "Why? Is it something I did?"
Amira shook her head, "No… It's just that, you don't know what you're getting yourself into."
She continued, "And besides, once we arrive where we're going you will have no choice but to pretend to be a servant."
Draco was confused, "Why would I have to do that? Also, serving you wouldn't even be so bad." he said with a smirk.
Amira just shook her head again, "You don't understand… the kind of place my family is, it isn't somewhere you could hope to survive without making yourself subservient."
While Draco didn't actually want to become some servant, he also knew that if he was left here at this airport, he would never again get the chance to become a part of this world.
'I have to follow her, no matter what.' he thought to himself, resolving his heart.
"Please, Amira. Let me come with you, I can't possibly go back to a normal life after the things I've seen today." Draco said, his voice firm.
Amira heard this and saw Draco's gaze harden, as if he had made up his mind, and she knew that she had failed in convincing him not to come.
She could always still physically prevent him from coming, and no one would say anything, but she knew that it would leave a bad taste in her mouth.
She sighed, and with a resigned look on her face, said, "If you really want to come you can follow me, but you must follow every one of my orders."
An excited look appeared on Draco's voice, and he happily said, "Of course! I'll call you master, boss, or even daddy if you like."
Even though the situation was tense, a pearl of laughter still escaped Amira's lips, "Shut up, or I really will leave you here. Now, follow me." she said as she walked up the plane's stairs.
Following closely behind her, Draco wondered what the inside of a millionaire's private jet looked like.
