"To the point, Al." Trevor, my teammate said to Alvis who's blabbering about something God knows what.
"Ian is single again." He announced out loud and all heads snapped in my direction and I can't help but facepalm myself.
This idiot.
"Damn." Max chuckled as we all enter the Locker room after our football practice, tired as hell.
"Bro? Let's go party. Shouldn't we celebrate?" Jasper says shoving his stuff into the locker before slipping out of his jersey gaining several yes in return.
"Are you guys kidding me? Break up, do you guys even know what does that means?" I ran my hands through my sweaty hair as I held back a smile.
These guys Won't let me grief for once over my first ever break up.

"He doesn't because he has never been in a relationship." Max let out a laugh.
"Ouch!" Alvis placed a hand on his chest looking at Jasper with a painful look and Jasper on the other side is shooting glares at Max.
Being the Captain of the football team, I have to be on the good terms with every team member but these few creatures are closest to me.
I and Al are together since grade 3 and in grade 4 Max joined us. As for Jasper, he joined us in freshman year and since then we're together and no matter who you are looking for, you'll find four of us together everywhere.
"I've got an amazing Idea. Be ready till 8." Jasper said suddenly out of nowhere insisting on the word Amazing with an evil smirk plastered on his lips.
"Why do I feel like it's a bad idea?" I can't help but ask witnessing this evil smirk on his face. Last time I saw this similar smirk on his face we got detention for two weeks and don't ask me the reason.
"Of course not!" He immediately responded.
I glance at Max and Alvis and they gave me the same awfully worried look that is probably on my face right now.
"But I'm telling you If we get into trouble, you're going to take the responsibility." Alvis narrow his eyes on Jasper who gave him a bright cheeky smile making me and Max roll our eyes.
"Leave it! I don't want to die anytime sooner." Max gave Jasper a look emphasizing the word die making me and Al chuckle at the same time I took a look at my surroundings and realized that everyone has already left and only me and these creatures are behind having our pointless discussion.
"Dude Come on!! Stop being a spoilsport" Jasper rolled his eyes shutting his locker as he faced us.
"But we can't ignore the fact that we always get in trouble when We listen to you." I shrug.
"Please, it will be fun!!!" Jasper gave three of us his iconic fake puppy eyes and I can't help but shake my head.
"Fine!!!" We all said at the same time as Jasper grins like a complete idiot.
"I'll pick everyone." I shot a salute towards them and they did the same with smirks on their face as I make my way to take the shower before I head back to my apartment.

As for updates, Noah had left the apartment when I made it at home and I'm not going to lie that it feels kind of lonely but it's better than living with a backstabber.
I don't know if I should find it strange that I'm actually celebrating my first ever break up. Well Yes! I'm surprised about the fact that I'm still not depressed. I don't even know if I should be sitting on the floor and behaving like a raging alcoholic or having a blast tonight.

I snapped out of my thoughts when my cell phone buzzed in my pocket which I took out expecting a reminder or something from one of the creatures but I stopped in my track when I saw Maria's name in the notifications.
Maria: Ian, Baby I'm sorry. Let me explain, please.
I took a deep breath and the First thing I thought was to ignore her but an irresistible idea popped up in my mind and I couldn't help but go with it.
Me: SERVICE ERROR 409. THE SUBSCRIBER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH HAS BLOCKED INCOMING TEXT MESSAGES FROM THIS NUMBER.
As soon as I hit the send, I erupt into laughter. I don't understand what she wants now and what else is there to explain when I found her in bed with one of my best friends by myself.
I dismiss the thought of her immediately not wanting to ruin my happy mood as I gave myself a once over in the mirror, I've slipped into a white plain T-shirt with a denim jacket over it which is paired with black jeans.
I ran a hand through my jet-black hair and let them fall on my forehead, I find myself smirking when I got finally satisfied with my look.
I look at my wristwatch and it's almost 07:45, I walked to my side table and reached for my car keys, and made it out of my apartment to pick up the creatures.
After driving 15 min I pulled in front of Al's apartment and as a cue, he was already making his way to the car along with Max, grinning like an absolute idiot.
And yes! Max and Alvis live together since freshman year.
"You missed me?" Al asked as soon as he got into the car.
"Yeah, I was dying to see you, honey." I rolled my eyes.
"Guys! I'm feeling like throwing up." Max gave us a dirty look as soon as he got into the back seat making me and Al erupt into laughter.
"So? You okay?" Al asked with concern written on his face.
"Yeah, I am! I know it's absurd but I'm unexpectedly okay." I admit keeping my gaze on the road.
"That's a relief because it's not worth it," Max said as I look at him through the rearview mirror and shoot him a smile with a nod.
Max has always been an understanding person with a calm personality. He doesn't speak that much but I know he's always there beside me even without mentioning it.
After a few minutes of silent driving, I pulled in front of Jasper's mansion.
Yes, a freaking mansion. Jasper has always been a kind of mysterious person. Once he randomly disappeared for 4 or 5 days. We couldn't contact him or anything and after a few days he suddenly showed up.
When we tried to ask him about his disappearance, he always took the whole conversation in an entirely different direction and that explained that he didn't want to talk about it and we being most considering best friends never bothered asking him about his personal life again.
"Bro where the hell he is?" I pulled out of my thoughts when I hear Al speaking.
"Call him." I heard Max saying to me.
"No need he's here." I pointed at the main entrance of the mansion from where Jasper is walking towards us wearing all black as always.
"Get out!" He motioned with his hand asking me to get out.
"Now what?" Al and I exchanged a look before I Got out of the car.
"I'll drive, you don't know where we're heading to." He grinned at me and get inside the car seat leaving me standing behind like a fool.
