Catherine just arrives in the Imperial with John. She has already become a full general surgeon under Professor John Carter. They are working as doctors without borders and now they are going back to help the earthquake victim in the northern area of Imperial Island.
She is going to the mall to get some necessities to bring to the northern island. It has been three years after the bad memories of her losing the child. She finds out from the conversation that the queen plan everything and decide to kill her own grandson. She can't forget about her resentment to the queen for killing her son.
She was going and asked the help from John who shield her and make her as his assistant. He also hides her from Arthur.
When she reaches to the second floor then one little boy keeps following her. She is stopping and turning back to see the little boy who is holding her pants.
