Two years ago — before Timothy's and his companions' journey resumed; Survista Island.
Survista Island is a mountainous island prosperous in undersized woodland. It has high peaks of mountains, deep canyons, and only one little town. It's populated by only a few people and inhabited by different creatures.
It was the site for Bow and Yumiko. This was their goal to teach Yumiko about new techniques and inspection. "This is Survista Island? I can't see behind those gigantic mountains. Did you learn inspection here too, Bow?" Yumiko inquired, placing her hands on her hips. "Indeed, I have. Well, some of it. I was here a few years before Muro took over Castlemania and Harventona. I only learned the basics, but the rest of it was back in our homeland by myself."
Yumiko ensured to keep eye contact with him, "There's also a professional swordsman who could teach you more about blade-dancing." Bow answered, smiling to keep it relaxed, "Blade-dancing? I've never heard of it."
Bow nodded to respond and goggled in the distance, "Blade-dancing is a 'special' martial skill that spirals around dual-blading. I can't tell you more about it, since I myself am not a swordsman, but you should have the knack to learn this skill. We just have to find the person I'm talking about." He claimed and chuckled, "Of course, that's *if* you desire to learn that skill. I can take care to familiarize you with the forbidden technique of inspection." He promised and expressed conviction in himself and her, "In such a well-open area with high peaks, yet being enough closed-off area is sufficient. It should give you enough challenge to learn, but you can endure it. I've seen what you're capable of, Blue."
Yumiko grumped, folding her arms with red cheeks. "Of course, I want to expand my swordswoman capabilities," she called, shutting her eyes, "I want to be the very best. I want to be skilled enough to beat the greatest swordmaster in the Vast Expanse."
Bow seemed fascinated, "I've heard of him before. Qi Xiao's the name. He's a Chinese swordsman located in the eastern waters. Frankly, I didn't hear much about him, but I recall he's deemed a pirate. Perhaps you can ask your 'potential' tutor here at Survista Island."
Yumiko smirked, tilting her head aside, "Tsch, I'm uneducated regarding Chinese people, but if the person I want to swamp emanates from there, I may have accumulated some inquisitiveness." She answered, gathering confidence and belief, "Look at you, Blue..." Bow called, "all grown up. I still remember your insecurity back in Harventona." He peered far into the distance. "The moment you met Tim, your life turned around."
Yumiko looked at him from the corner of her eye, "You were once a 'Sun Soldier' with abnormalities, but now you're a wanted pirate with a full-bodied crew to assist you." He drew her attention to him, "He didn't just fix the life in Harventona. He also changed you into a dependable companion and combatant. The first time you rose up to your father, you became somebody else."
Yumiko reached for her shoulder, exposing her left shoulder on which she had a tattoo, the mark of being a sun soldier. She brushed it, "I got so incensed about Muro and my father, I started spearing my sun soldier signature. I should really do something to extract it from my memories entirely."
Bow crossed his arms, looking into her face, "What about the crew's mark? You're a pirate who fought valiantly against the WPDA and the world government. You had Tim and his team back you up and become a mundane member of their life. Maybe you could use their crew's insignia once you regroup."
Yumiko darted into Bow's kind eyes and gradually lowered her gaze onto her shoulder, patting it, "Yeah, I think I'll do *just* that. I want to become loyal to Tim as much as I can. No matter what happens, I don't intend to leave his and the others' side. I want to be there — to support them and fight with them until we achieve our goals." She became dedicated, "Besides... They were there for me when I needed them the most. Whether they are pirates, the agents, or the world government, I know they are the best friends you could ask for."
Bow gently grabbed her shoulder, agreeing, "Make sure to do that. I'm sure they don't want you to repay them, but the least you can do is be there to assist them and get them out of the crisis. Because cruising with them is almost a 'certified' action to get into trouble."
Yumiko giggled, knowing that her goal was to support her friends and defeat the greatest swordsman in the world. "You bet. I wouldn't want it any other way. Now..." she pounded Bow's shoulder, "bring me to that professional swordsman you briefed me about."
"You got it, Blue." He promised her, "Oh, but before you blame me. I should let you know. The swordsman is a bit 'twisted' and has a 'thing' for pretty, young girls. So, be mindful around him."
Yumiko laughed, "I've been on the ship with Ralphie. I think I can handle another guy. Besides, how bad can he be?"
-
"Ho-ho-ho!" a short elder stood in front of a young woman, peeking into her breasts, "Would you let a little old me fumble those squishy, rounded, captivating boobies? I'll pay you dearly." The elder claimed, reaching forward and shaking his fingers crazily.
He was reddened in the face and over-intrigued. The woman with the purse observed him, "You creep! I don't need your money!" she whipped her arm around her and slapped the elder's cheek, causing him to shriek in pain for his voice to resound through the town.
He found himself in the garbage, his legs hanging outside the cover as the woman walked away with swaying hips.
Bow scratched his cheek, sweat trickling down his face in awkward silence while Yumiko's left eye twitched, looking at the man unimpressed. "Like I said... He's a bit 'quirky.' I warned you."
Suddenly, Bow shouted in the elder's direction, "Hey! Todd! I've brought somebody!" Yumiko screamed in surprise, looking at Bow goofily. "Why hello there, cutie! Nice to meet you." Todd showed ahead of Yumiko instantly and glanced at her with blushing cheeks and eyes latched onto her breasts, "Wah! He's a dwarf!"
She used her left arm to move her own breasts away from Todd's reach while Todd began the conversation, "It's good to see you, Todd-ler. I came here because I would like you to teach this young lady blade dancing." Bow answered as Yumiko threw looks between Todd and Bow.
Todd had his arms behind his neck, "No, thank you." Bow became confused with Yumiko, "What? Why?" however, Todd continued his statement, "Not unless she shows me her bra." Bow crossed his arms and looked at Yumiko, "I see. Would you do this for me, Yumiko?"
Yumiko looked at Bow, "Huh?! Show what?!" Bow took a deep breath, "Your undergarments." She froze in place, devastated. "What?! No, no, no! No way! I'd rather die than show this dwarf my bra! I'm not crazy!"
Todd gradually extended his arms, bleeding from his nose, "How about a little bit of groping? I accept touching too as payment." Yumiko got ticked off and instantaneously became grave. Her eyes were lifeless, having pecks of bloodlust in her pupils.
She hilted her sword before Todd's neck with a dimmed expression, "Back off, old man. Just try and touch me, and I'll slit your throat." She threatened, keeping her killer face locked onto him.
Todd gently moved his chin backward and opened his eyes, becoming grave. "Those eyes... That's the glare of an assassin." He claimed, keeping Bow adhered between a discomfiting moment.
He smiled, bewildering Yumiko. "Will you now?" he vanished from her view and astonished her. She got shrouded by an invisible wind and noticed something disarming her. Todd appeared behind Yumiko and placed his hands on her butt. "Yes, quite a round one," Yumiko whined in a jumpscare and darted behind her. She felt Todd's hand groping her rear, making her uncomfortable.
"You creep! Get off me!" but as she tried to clutch him, Todd disappeared again, and Yumiko touched nothing but thin air. Todd popped behind her and wrapped her arms beneath her armpits, grabbing her breasts. He groped them. "Ooh, well-round and soft. But a bit small." Yumiko grew more uncomfortable every second until she finally escaped his grasp. "Stop it!" she argued, covering herself with her arms. "I suppose you brought this fine young lady to learn inspection too? I understand, Bow. I'll abide her as my trainee."
Yumiko blinked, bewildered and reddened. She shouted, looked at Bow, and pointed at Todd, "Don't tell me you're gonna leave me with this pervert!" Bow shrugged his shoulders, not seeming to care. "You're welcome, Blue."
"Bow! You jerk!!!"
