Chapter 185 - Masked In Typhoon of Innocence

Tim, bored and disappointed, walked through the street and dragged Kira's body behind him. She hung around his ankles, never letting go while sleeping.

"Will you let go of me already?! I've got places to be!" he shouted, turned around, and looked at Kira who continued to chew on his ankles. "Nope! Take me home with you! I want to chew on this delicious bone! I promise I'll be a good girl!" she called, making Tim uncomfortable around her.

"You're freaking me out! Can you hear yourself?! There's no way I'm letting anybody like you come with me!" he shouted, only to see her puffed cheeks.

She let go of him and stood up, causing Tim to fall on his bottom. "Fine..." she sighed and stood still. "Thank you!" he stood up and cleaned the dust off his clothes.

"Now, if you don't mind. I would like to find Niklas. Could you tell me where he is?" Kira yawned and looked at him confused while scratching her head. "Up there..." she pointed her finger up at the top of the hill where his mansion stood.

"Oh... Um... that was easy. Thanks, I guess?" Kira moved her hands behind, smiling adorably while nodding up and down. "Are you going to surprise our lord with a gift? Aw, you're so thoughtful."

Tim crossed his arms and became unamused. "No. I'm trying to kick his ass and stop this slavery. Why would you think that in the first place?" Kira's ears moved. "Kick his ass? You mean like *pam* *poof* *bam* ham* *pound?" she boxed the air while hopping on her feet.

"Uh... I guess that's one way to show it. Y-Yeah, something like that." Kira chuckled and became happy. "Hold on! Did you say your lord?" Tim blinked multiple times, sweat dripping down his face.

"Mhm, mhm! I'm his sidekick! I help him do stuff that he tells me to do! It's so fun!" Tim spun around and started to grow nervous. "Uhm... if you're his sidekick. Does that mean he deployed you to hunt down the pirates that came here?"

Kira nodded. "Yup, he did! Although, I don't know. These pirates seem not to cause any problems. So, I don't know what to do. Hey, you could help me. You look like a good guy! Tell me! What should I do with the pirates if I see them?"

Tim continued to hide his face and then tried to answer. "Um... If you see those pirates, I think you should let them be. I wouldn't recommend any punching."

Kira became bored. "But, why? Lord Niklas told me to do it! So I should pound them!" she pounded her fists together and smiled confidently. "Um... because they are good guys?" Kira blinked, tipping her finger on her lips. "Good guys? Hm..." She hit her palm with her hand and smiled. "Okay!"

He turned around, seeing that she kept an adorable face. "Um? Really? You're kind of dumb..." After his insult, she just chuckled. "Hehe. I think I'm average, but I don't feel like pounding your ass down into the concrete."

Tim realized. "Wait! So, you know that I'm the person Niklas hired you to kill?!" surprised more than before, Tim watched Kira agree. "Yup. You're that 'White-Haired' Pirate, Tim, although you look to be a nice guy, so I will keep you as a friend!"

Tim's face turned blank and sighed. "Now, come on! I wanna watch you kick Lord Niklas's ass! Hurry, hurry! I'll take you there!"

"Um... I-I don't even know your name. Also, aren't you supposed to help Niklas, not bring me to him? I'm the enemy, though." Tim held his finger in front of his face, pointing at it.

"I'm Kira! To be honest, I just want to have fun! And I think watching you, and Lord Niklas fight will be absolutely fun! It'll be all epic and aggressive! I can't wait to see it!" Tim calmly looked behind his back, eyebrows raising, asking himself, "Should I really trust her?" and then sighed.

"I-I guess. So, um..." Before he finished, he noticed Kira leap at him and slam her weight into his, knocking him to the ground. "Hey!" Tim's eyes looked in front of him, seeing Kira laying on top of him, her breasts squishing into his chest, her cleavage easily exposed to his eyes, as well as her bottom raised up.

"So, are we going? Are we going?!" she wobbled her head left and right as if dancing. "I thought *you* were supposed to bring me there! Also, why are you on top of me?"

"Aw, don't you like me!" she held his shoulder, tightly as she continued to chuckle. "But I'm sorry. I lied." Tim's eyes immediately shook as he saw Kira standing up straight.

"W-What?!" Kira's hair started to wave in the wind as her smile disappeared. The innocent face that she held on her face all the time, disappeared like wind. Her eyes glowed purple and her voice became much more mature; deep.

"I'm sorry, Tim, but I tend not to ignore orders. Do you think you can just waltz in here and try to steal Lord Niklas from me? No, way.

Out of a sudden, Tim could feel an immense pressure freely vibrating from Kira's body. Tim instantly rolled back into a handspring and flipped through the air to land a safe distance away from Kira. "I let my guard down, damn. I knew something about her was suspicious..."

Kira smiled. "And yet you trusted me. I'll admit it. I started to like you, but there is no way I'll let you hurt Lord Niklas. I noticed you the moment we were returning from the city hall to bring the swords back to Lord Niklas, and immediately recognized your face."

Tim ended up becoming surprised by her change. "That means-" she interrupted him, "Yeah, exactly. I watched you take out those guards from the alley, so I knew that's when I should set up a trap. I've acted to be asleep for you to believe I didn't see a thing; as if I didn't know you. But in reality, I knew everything from that moment. I needed to earn your trust and attack when the time was right, even had enough time to attach that tracker to your shoulder."

Tim's eyes quickly locked onto his shoulder, noticing a red beeping device that he couldn't get off. "Because the device is comprised of aura, breaking it apart or burning it won't work. Don't forget that everyone can see where you are as long as you have that tracker on you, including Lord Niklas, my allies, and me."

Tim showed no fear and listened, carefully, until he was disturbed by a ringing sound. Kira reached for the device and pressed the button. "Yes?" she asked, quickly hearing Luca's voice.

"Kira! You've been missing! Where are you?" Kira looked at the device, quickly changing her voice. "Oh! Haha, sorry, Luca! I kind of fell asleep! Everything was so, so, sooo, boring, ehehe!"

"Damn it, Kira! Stop falling behind and come back to the mansion! There are two children on the loose." Kira chuckled. "Aha, Okie Dokie! Just give me a moment, I found something cute!" she turned off the device, hearing Luca's final word from it, calling her name.

"Wow, you sure know how to change your personality quickly." Kira put her right arm on her hip. "Oh, it's just one of my specialties. Nothing that needs to concern you." Tim dropped his shoulder, then smiled. "You know, for a moment I thought you were actually kind of nice, but now I see who you actually are." Kira looked at him confused. "You did?"

"Yeah, and I was even going to let you go if you brought me to Niklas. But since you tricked me and made me turn out like a fool, I wouldn't mind raising a hand over a woman."

He prepared his battle stance while Kira's clothes waved in the wind. "Huh, I guess I will have some fun after all." She prepared a fighting pose too.

Both of them braced themselves for a battle, only to see who the victor would be.

To be continued...
