Part 25.
A week later, just this afternoon I entered campus again. Incidentally, we have received permission from Brother Wendi to deliver weekly reports to the supervisor, Mis Tina.
Meanwhile, Arini continues to work in the office helping Mis Silfi. The first assistant was getting jealous of me. There were rumors that were spread, but I ignored them. I focus on studying while working at Mr. Wendy's office. Think of it as an ordeal towards the end of college.
Just got out of the car, already saw a sight that hurts the eyes. The college playboy, Rendy, is showing off his intimacy with a girl, who has just finished his ospek. Alligator stamp playboy, I cursed.
Without looking back, I walked towards the campus corridor. It turned out that our goal was the same, going to the office. The girl he was holding was waiting outside, while Rendy and I entered the office.
"Good morning, Mis Tina," I greeted the killer lecturer.
"Morning, Zahra," she said.
"Where's your report, let me see!" I submitted the report file in the blue folder.
"Hey, you! Why don't you say hello!" snapped Mis Tina to Rendy.
"Sorry Mis, I forgolet," he said shame
"Forget or has become a habit?!" she scolded.
"Hee-hee, don't be so fussy, please, Mis!" persuaded Rendi quasi-familiar.
"Where's your report, Rendy? Let me check it out!" said Mis Tina.
Rendy submitted the report in a long white plastic without a blue folder. Hm, the address of this war, seeing the file is given in an untidy form. I waited for what happened, a minute, two minutes, as soon as I saw Rendi's report file, Mis Tina screamed.
"This is a campus, why do you hand over untidy files like this?!"
"Hurry up to the cooperative room! Buy a blue map like this!" She ordered with an annoyed face.
I was waiting outside the office, pretending not to know what happened. The girl that Rendy brought was sitting next to me. As soon as Rendy came out, he sulked because he had waited so long.
"You wait here, yes, honey!
"Still long, Bro?"
"Hm, that's pretty good, because the file hasn't been checked yet!"
"Then I'll just go to class! The lesson will start soon," the girl left, sulking. Rendy looked at me, scratching his head that didn't itch.
"Hm, it's good to be ignored," I said muttering in my heart.

After waiting for an hour, Mis Tina finished checking my report file. After saying thank you, I left the office. I happened to meet again with Rendy, he immediately held my hand and said.
"Zahra, I'm sorry, okay! The girl who was just a friend, she's the one who's always after me!'
"Hm, don't care, it's none of my business either," I replied curtly.
"You're so arrogant, Za!" he protested.
"Besides, why talk about girls to me!" I asked surprised.
"Hm, I was wrong with you a lot," he said.
"Thank goodness you're awake! I still have a lot of work to do, don't disturb me!" I remember while leaving Rendy who was still dumbfounded.
I immediately got in the car and left the campus grounds. Guys like that can't possibly apologize, if it doesn't mean something. Let it be said that it is presumptuous, indeed his behavior is never good.
Today, I had permission to not go to the office because I sent a report to campus, it turned out to be only for a short time. Because my report is neat, there's no problem. So on his way home, he just stopped at Mother's boutique.
I glanced at my watch, it was already ten in the morning. No wonder the stomach feels hungry, this morning forget to eat breakfast for fear of being late for campus. I stopped for a while to buy a complete savory rice for two servings. There is a regular shop near the Mother's boutique.
From afar I saw a motorcycle parked in front of the rice shop. I think I know the owner. To confirm who the owner was, I drove the car past the stall. And sure enough, it was the guy who had a fuss with Papa last night.
Why is the man around the boutique, having breakfast here? I put on a mask and went downstairs to buy breakfast. A young mother the same age as your mother sat next to the man. They were eating breakfast together.
The man turned to me, looked for a moment
then finish eating. After paying breakfast the man goes with the woman. I ventured to ask the shop owner about the man.
"Mom, order two complete packets of savory rice, okay?"
"Okay, Mis," said the shop owner.
"Mom, I want to ask you, this guy often eats here, doesn't he?" I asked carefully.
"Oh-he's a neighbor in my old house!"
"Is it really far from your old house?"
"About half an hour from here. I purposely rented here because the neighborhood is busy,
lots of offices and boutiques!" she explained.
"Mis, do you know that guy?" said is Mom.
"Looks like the guy had a row with the boutique owner yesterday, doesn't he, Mom?"
"How can you know?"
"Yesterday afternoon I passed here, Mom!" I purposely spoke like this to seek information about that man.
"I see," she said.
"That man, a former lover who owns a boutique. Even though he already has a partner but is still curious about the woman who owns the boutique. I have warned you not to disturb, but I don't want to be listened to and finally found out with Mr. Harry, Mrs. Meysa's husband!"
"How do you know the story?"
"The man is a regular at this shop!"
"That was the man's wife, yes, Mom?"
"Yes, it is! But why is it surprising that he brought a wife, usually alone," said the shop owner, ending the story because my order was finished
After paying, I left the shop. Luckily the car was parked a bit far away, so the shop owner didn't see me when I came by car.
