Yao Tang leaned against the wall. Within a few minutes, Yan Yu and the others had also made their way up the stairs.
"How do you feel?"
Yan Yu smiled. "Thanks to your pills, we were able to recover fully." He bowed his head. "Thank you. I really am grateful for your help."
If it weren't for her, they probably wouldn't have been able to recover for the rest of their lives.
"You're really the most amazing person I've ever met," Lu Ming praised. "You're the reason why I have to strive even harder!"
"That's right! You even limited our intake of the medicine, controlling our dependency on it. You've gone through so much trouble for us," the other chimed in. "Because of you, we were encouraged to work hard!"
Upon hearing the words "medicine", Yao Tang realized that she had missed out on giving them their medication for the last couple of days.
