There were other people in the dark.
Qin Rui's eyes narrowed in anger. The bodyguards he had followed rules in order to protect their own people, meaning family members. That meant Qin Rui was the only one who was important. Everyone else wouldn't stand a chance.
As long as he wasn't in danger, the men won't make a move.
He clenched his fists.
Lu Qing had only pointed his finger at Yao Tang and even decided to let Lu Ming go. In the guards' rules, they couldn't really care less what would happen to the young woman.
"You want me to come with you?" Yao Tang finally spoke up.
"Yes." Lu Qing smiled. "Perhaps you'd know tonight just how powerful I am."
"Since you're so eager to die," she said slowly. "Then you shouldn't blame me for doing this!"
Without another word, she swept her leg toward Lu Qing.
