Cheng Yan stared at Yao Tang before sighing. "You shouldn't skip any of your meals, okay?" he sternly said. "If you don't faint, then I wouldn't have to force you to eat the abalones."
"Okay." She still appeared indifferent to his coaxing.
Seeing her like this, he finally waved the waiter over. "Do you mind returning the spicy chicken plate?"
The waiter returned the plate, and Cheng Yan motioned toward it. "You can only have one, okay?" he warned. "It's still bad for your stomach, so you can't overeat. Okay?"
"I know."
Yao Tang couldn't care less. Fixating her gaze on the chicken, her eyes lit up as she took one piece—just as she had promised. As soon as she did so, Cheng Yan immediately waved the waiter over. "You may take the dish away again," he said.
He didn't even notice Qin Hao who was just about to pick a piece of chicken. Before he could, the waiter had already grabbed the plate and taken it away.
His jaw dropped in disbelief.
