Without waiting for further encouragement, Cheng Wei strode into the direction of the Old Madam's room. She paused just as she was about to pass by Yao Tang and shot her a look of contempt. "An hour to wake up, you said? And two days to finally recover? You were clearly deluding yourself."
Satisfied with her taunts, she lifted her chin and scoffed.
"Hurry up and bring her away already!" Cheng Ruo commanded. "Why was this nobody even allowed to enter the Cheng residence?"
When Cheng Zhou heard this, he almost burst out laughing. Not out of humor, though, but of sheer frustration.

However, he took a deep breath and swallowed his anger, then looked at Yao Tang.
She still appeared calm as ever.
