It was too late for Rayzel to avoid her punch as Kelly's movement was getting faster and faster each time. Rayzel could feel how hard the punch was but she just endured it.
She endured the pain for the sake of not letting Kelly think ahead of herself. That is the least that Rayzel wanted to happen, she doesn't want Kelly to see her as a weak woman.
