My mom has been planning for a one-year celebration for them for months now and we finally get to celebrate tonight. But it turns out, there’s a new thing to celebrate. Eda is pregnant… with twins!
It takes a toll on her body, and I had to make new arrangements through Flicka. Eda has only been pregnant for a month, and she was so close to death by the time we got the new antidote.
Now I have to send two vials of blood but it’s worth it for her and the babies to be safe. Eda is happy but I can hear her thoughts and I know that she’s worried about her mom. I don’t blame her. Even though Master Wraith agreed to this whole arrangement… I see the marks on Flicka’s body every time we meet. She is not being treated well.
