In the year 10437 of the Ten Thousand Monster Kingdom, on October 8th, Tayin ascended the throne.
Unlike the previous Monster Emperors, Tayin was the second-generation emperor, the only universally recognized successor of the first-generation Monster Emperor.
This was quite the story to tell. The first-generation Monster Emperor was a dazzling golden bird, skilled in divining by stars and proficient in array formations. The second generation, Tayin, was no different. The former was known as Taisu and the latter as Tayin, with a striking similarity between them.
Those in the know, like Huang Xiao, Yinglong, and Emperor Ji, understood that Tayin and Taisu were not of the same kind. But how many people had such insight? To explain the difference between the Three-legged Golden Crow and the Golden Winged Great Roc to them, when they didn't even know what these birds were, was futile.
