The eastern three provinces of Wu Zhou, Yue Province borders Xiongchu, rich in martial virtues. Ning Province, lacking spiritual energy and resources, is negligible. The two, located in the eastern part of Wu Zhou, are poles apart.
Ping Province is situated between the two, neither superior nor inferior, roughly at the level of the stratosphere.
However, Ping Province has a benefit. It is rich in mineral resources. Friends can dig from the mountains and take water from the rivers. Its fiscal revenues and taxes have always been among the top three provinces in Wu Zhou. It is highly valued by the imperial court as a cash bag and has great strategic value.
