"Why?" She muttered as the man pointed the gun on her forehead, wanting to shoot. This woman wasn't letting go of the child as her face looked angry at the man who stood in front of her. The man gave another shot but this time, it didn't hit the target rather, it dropped to the ground. He shot over and over again, but the bullets kept falling down, the men behind him who were in tens fired too.
"You made the biggest mistake by telling me the truth!"

The river bank by the forest side had two beings in it, they held each other's hand stomping out of the shallow water. The former brought out a tracker from her pocket as she coughed hard. Once they got on shore, they let go of each other and sat on the sand to regain their strength, but the latter stood up in anger and kicked the sand.
"How could he!" He raged, cursing underneath his breath.
