The two women opened their mouth wide as they listened to the story I told them. It was like a thriller and I kept them in suspense because I was bad at saying everything.
"Did you notice any changes in your behavior?" Jessica questioned. The detective is at work now.
"Nope? Kind of? Absolutely not sure… I don't even have time for myself, so why should I study myself?" I replied rhetorically.
"Leave everything to us, dear, we are just here to help" Jessica assured and Mirabelle nodded with affirmation.
"How's Thelma?" I asked with concern and mirabelle ticked her tongue.
"She's fine… didn't you hear what happened at their school?" Mirabelle furthered with an indifference look at me.
"No, besides, I resigned before that old would sack me".
"There was a fire outbreak two days ago after the chaos you caused" Jessica announced, and I stood up. So, I wasn't imagining?
"Was any kid hurt?".
