Tania checked the wounds on the fox's body while Arielle asked Sebastian to provide warm water, antiseptic, and gauze.
"We'd better bring it inside to take care of it, Princess. It's getting cold outside, and you've been outside for too long," said Tania while she reassured Arielle.
Ronan waited for Arielle by the manor's door. He took off his gloves and coat, but then raised his head when he caught Arielle walking right past him without sparing him another glance.
"..." The man placed his hands on his waist, as he watched the young woman climb up the stairs then disappear down the hall of the manor.
Ronan received his mask from the butler. He removed the cloth that was wrapped around his face roughly. His footsteps were wide as he moved quickly in the direction Arielle disappeared to and reached the room
Without knocking at the door, Ronan just walked in.
