Mrs. Churchill took out a wax-sealed white envelope. The woman held out the letter to Ronan. Ronan then took it carefully. He opened the letter with the small dagger on his waist and read it on the spot.
"I plan to resign. After the incident, I have self-reflected. I have consciously neglected the duties that I should have carried out properly. I forget the value of the vision and mission that I should uphold as a school headmistress."
Ronan just let out a long sigh, while Mrs. Churchill kept talking non-stop. He immediately tore apart the woman's resignation letter, making her look up again and see him handing over the torn letter to her.
"Your Majesty?"
