Arielle put down her book and agreed to it. She didn't really remember the faces of the people she had saved, but she did remember one of the babies that Priest Jill said couldn't train as a priest because the baby wasn't old enough. Besides, some elderly people also didn't want to join as a priest in the cathedral and want to spend time in Birwick alone to enjoy the rest of their lives with their respective families.
Arielle was a little overwhelmed by all their compliments. She couldn't stop herself from smiling and nodding while saying that she didn't do much of anything.
"I hope you feel comfortable here. I'm also still in the process of learning to master my power, and I hope we can progress together," Arielle said, making them bow their heads to express their gratitude once again.
