"Arielle, after we get married, that means we'll always be together, right?" Ronan asked.
Arielle's smile was so soothing.
"Of course," she replied. Arielle had studied their sacred vows, and she already knew the responsibility she would bear after saying the sacred vows.
"I love you so much. I hope that when we get older, I will die first because I can't imagine myself living without you."
Arielle's smile instantly faded. "Ronan… you can't talk like that."
Ronan hugged Arielle's body tightly. "But I mean it, Arielle. I really can't imagine life without you right now. You're like the air to me."
Arielle let go of Ronan's embrace then wore her night dress properly. She sat next to the man.
