After Arielle and Ronan returned to the inn, they were taken to the fourth floor, and Arielle could see the town square more closely. It was brighter than she thought it was. The inn was extremely luxurious. Without needing to explain, she immediately knew that only nobles could afford to stay in this place.
Perhaps because of the agenda of opening the palace to citizens who needed the presence of royal officials, Ronan provided another place for them so some nobles who lived far from the capital could rest here without having to stay at the palace.
"It's spectacular," said Arielle, seeing the bright lights in the square.
She could see a statue of a wolf with a fountain in the middle lit up in various colors. Arielle could also see a fairly small palace from where she was. Northendell Palace looked dazzling from here, especially in the Cathedral tower.
Although the palace looked dazzling, the forest that surrounded it looked dark and cold.
