Arielle felt her heart drop to the ground when she heard Alexis's answer.
"So, is it just for the reason of wanting to cause a conflict?" she asked her brother.
"Not really. All because I want to protect."
Arielle and Sasha looked at each other in surprise. That was one of the most absurd answers. Not once did Arielle think, Alexis would say those words.
