After putting the rabbits' food back, Arielle grabbed Lucas' arm and asked him to sit beside Tania.
"Eh? Your Highness?"
"We're going to have dinner together," Arielle said, causing Lucas to panic.
"But it's a dish for you," the man tried to refuse the kind invitation. He didn't want King Ronan to find out that he had been eating with his future wife during his absence.
Lucas knew how much the king was a possessive type who didn't like seeing the woman he loved spending time with another man and having dinner together, even though it was not in an intimate setting.
Arielle didn't hear Lucas' protest. She divided her steak and some other food into three different plates. "Lucas, you need to eat dinner with us and stopped protesting."
"..." Lucas was at a loss for words.
"This is for you, Tania." Arielle gave one plate to Tania.
