Sera and Ivan looked at the toad's yellow eyes blinded by rage.
"If I had been given this information when I woke up it would have been appreciated." Ivan from as he dodged relentlessly
He was thankful for his high health value. He had some resistance to poison, but the toad's evil concoction was a different type of poison. Even the air felt blended with the vile creature's toxic substance.
" You're all waking up in your bodies at different times and even I don't know which body you'll enter. I didn't know where and when until you were inside." Blood retorted
Ivan scoffed," All knowing system doesn't know where a poor shark like me is?"
" HOW ABOUT ARGUING WHEN YOU SURVIVE!!" Blood roared
Ivan equipped the only item he had- his growth weapon, a pair of daggers
" Tell me about my new skills." Ivan ordered
He dashed forward only to see the toad's blade coming his way. Sera pushed him out of the way and equipped her growth with a golden bow.
Blood smirked, "Sorry, that feature has been deleted. Read on your own."
Ivan felt his like flattening his guide but he still needed him. The ultimate dilemma for the poor villain.
Sera advanced while he was distracted by his thoughts. She kicked him aside, pulled the string and fired a flame arrow. The toad slapped the fire away and hopped toward her at tremendous speed.
"SERA!" Ivan exclaimed
She smiled, raised her left leg and classed with the creature's blade. It created a loud push of pressure. The bow was in the air, the string pulled back as blue arrows appeared and the toad cursed.
He pushed back but the arrows fired began to follow him. Sera was following after him with killing intent. Ivan's were brightened as he sunk into the earth.
The shark appeared in front of the enemy and the ice arrows struck his back. Ivan plunged his dagger into his chest and the body fell.
The couple breathed a sigh but the barrier didn't disappear as the thought. The air was heavy with poison and they turned to the space where Croak's body was.
"I underestimated you..." his voice echoed.
A blade sunk into Sera's thigh. As she tried to scream, Croak's hand clamped down on her mouth and he threw her into the barrier.
"I'll take you seriously, now..... croak" he smiled
As for Urvi
She was surrounded by the prisoners.
"Look, the new Warden's here?" one laughed
Another grinned, "Ain't she a sweet thing. Why don't you and I get to know each other?"
"Boss, what do you think?" they asked
Urvi looked at her files on the 'Boss' they spoke of. The prison had four factions thus four Bosses and the one in front of her was the weakest according to the documents.
He was nicknamed Tank, real name Redfield: a bull-elephant hybrid choasian...
Her files her pushed out her her hands and her gaze fell on the culprit with a cold expression. She gripped the prisoner's throat tightly as she looked at Redfield. As a crocodile her grip was one of her deadly traits so the prisoner turned shades of blue quickly.
"Are you going to kill a prisoner, Warden?" Redfield frowned
Warden U smiled, "An accident happened. What could I, the warden that arrived late do?"
She looked at the prisoner. With an elephant trunk-like nose with tucks beside the trunk and bull horns on his head, he stood up and moved out into the brighter area. Revealing his large body overshadowing her with fingers covered with black coating and muscular build trying to intimidate her.
"Problem?" Urvi asked strengthening her hand on Redfield's subordinate.
Redfield's hand slapped her so strongly that Urvi heard ringing in her ears. The pain was nothing she had ever felt before but her passive skill < No Emotion> kept her face neutral unless she wished to show emotion.
Urvi pulled the thug's trunk violently with her free hand and his other subordinates surrounded them with murderous eyes.
" Prisoner Redfield. I asked, is there a problem?" she smirked
Anger exploded in Redfield's eyes as he gripped her hair and flung her into an iron pole.
CRACK
His subordinates went limp and Redfield let out a bellow that echoed throughout the area. His subordinates ran toward the warden.
" You've done something really bad, Redfield." Warden U said like a scolding mother
[ Lawyer has accused <Redfield> of a crime.....proved guilty. Please punish the criminal and accomplices!!!]
The pressure in the area intensified as rusty black chains wrapped around prisoners in the area. She pushed her aching body to move and didn't allow her pain to show on her face.
The prisoners broke out of the chains and the smiles on their faces vanished. Urvi's senses told her to run from this losing battle but she couldn't....wouldn't
She advanced, Redfield charged as well and his tusk stabbed into her abdomen. An agonizing cough forced blood out of Urvi's body. Her eyes looked into Redfield's proud eyes.
Urvi tried not to pass out at that moment. Everyone was either looking down on her or curious about what she'd do. A show and she was one of the actors on the stage. The loss of blood would send anyone into hypovolemic shock but will was the only thing to maintain her mind.
Redfield's trunk wrapped around her torso and began to squeeze the painful breath out of the woman's body.
Croak's hand pushed Ivan's bruised body into the wall and he raised his blade ready to end his life. An explosive arrow denoted on the raised hand. The landlord looked back at Sera pulling her body up.
Croak was faster than anyone they'd met, not giving them time to think or attack properly. He displayed the battle experience that led him to a sergeant position with oppressive force. Everyone watching was silent in anticipation and they looked at the rising woman.
Everything hurt....even the air was like swallowing oxygenated nails. But if she didn't do anything, Ivan would die.
"MOVE!!" Sera told her body.
The torn feeling was properly her ripped muscles and the throbbing on her head wasn't a minor headache. Her double vision wasn't helping as Sera pulled on her bow's string and sliced into her fingers.
"I....I...I'm not.... dying today...." she smirked at her enemy.
