Darren POV
I don't really have any idea for a date, I'm really domed.
I've been thinking about where we could go since class began, and I really don't know since I've never been in a relationship and I don't go out much either.
As I was still stuck in my daydreaming, Xena shook me and said, "I've been trying to talk to you for the past 5 minutes, are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm fine, sorry for spacing out, what were you trying to say"
"Class is over, let's go"
I look around the class just to realize it's empty, I must have really spaced out.
But I look over at Xena and say, "let's go"
We start walking out of class toward the car when Xena asks, "So where are we going for our date?"
I thought about it for a while and I decided to take her to the zoo since she does like animals and there is a new exhibition.
So I tell her "It's a surprise, let's go"
She looks somewhat sceptical about what I planned, but she still goes along with me.
We drive while talking about what to eat later until we get to the zoo.
When we get there, she looks over at me and asks, "where are we?" I look over and say, "let's get out first"
She nods, and we get out of the car, I walk over to her a whisper in her ear "guess!"
She frowns and complains, "I don't know if I did why would I ask, please tell me" I don't tell her I just say
"you're no fun" she glares at me "Babe!!" her reaction is so funny that I start laughing until she slaps me on the arm
"Okay I'm sorry don't get mad" she looks mad, so I decided to just tell her where we are "okay love I'm sorry we are at the zoo" her entire face changed from anger to absolute joy, and she starts jumping around while screaming
"we're at the zoo!!!!!" she looks so cute that I really want to eat her, she's not good for my health.
