Kane looked at Casey like he was an idiot. "You're freaking out over repaying a favor because it involves a girl?"
"Why wouldn't I? I've never had a girl do me a favor before! Or even talk to me more than absolutely necessary. This is weird for me, okay?"
"You're pathetic."
"I'm fully aware of that. So what do I do?"
"Buy her the smoothie then never talk to her again. Simple as that. Getting involved with other people only stresses you out and you know it. That isn't worth the hassle, especially since you have so many other things to deal with," Kane pointed out reasonably.
